Yeah :P Very suprised Toronto beat Detroit, was at a bar watching and everyone was so surprised :D I wasn't surprised at the win so much as the margin of victory. I knew we could win, it was just a matter of playing like we have been. But 5-1? I never would have guessed that. Dammit, I'm getting more and more into hockey every day now. ( I kind of lost it after the lockout) I wish I had TSN, CBC only has the Saturday games from what I know.

3GB is the max on 32 bit xp, so thats all it will tell you if you use xp....If you check on a 64bit OS such as vista it will tell you that you have 4, which is correct. I'm assuming you are referring to RAM, if not ignore my post.

So far from the pictures I don't see any evidence of mass sniping on akel's part. Unless DV can provide evidence of such points will go to Akel.

Its an interesting phenomenon. I think that advertizing and pop culture are largely to blame. Society tells us to get what we want now, without thought for others. While it may not be affecting little kids as much, it affects parents. Therefore parents are passing these values on to their kids and kids become more rude. Its a bit of a vicious circle actually, it just continues to get worse and worse.

They've been the better team in at least their last 6 games, too. They just didn't get the bounces. 2 wins are better than 1! Detroit visits tonight, though... We'll see what happens there. Hmm I haven't been following the season too closely thus far but from what I've heard Detriot hasn't been anything special, however they have been doing well over the past few games. Is this true? And then Toronto plays Minnesota, hopefully they can beat them which would move them to #28 :P

Leafs finally won :D Apparently there is talk of Paul Maurice losing his job in Carolina, as they've lost 11 straight. That man really hasn't had much luck in the NHL :(

Crossing the legs and not going too fast seems to work for me. So we can have one person in the most powerful position in the world for 50+ years? Not so democratic if you ask me. I don't expect things to be "fixed", he made promises that he hasn't kept. He's certainly taken steps to keep the majority of them but the radical change, the hope he promised is thus far absent.

After multiple cleanings, it's become apparent that people can't have a proper discussion on this topic without flame baiting and spamming. Locked.

Like all politicians, he's made promises and not kept them. He's made mistakes, and he's angered and annoyed a lot of people. That said, there have certainly been worse...and all politicians make promises they can't keep. The fact that he won the nobel prize still really annoys me though.
