The clan staff will discuss what action we will take here. In the mean time: No Flaming. We're taking note of any/every piece of evidence that will help us make a fair decision, but posting here with flame baits and arguments won't serve anyone's good purpose.

As much of a "fan frenzy" would occur if a clan like DS re-opened, I can't say they would be successful. The clan world has simply changed too much, clans now are far more organized, higher leveled, and dedicated then DS ever was, so I don't think they would be able to adapt. That and most clans close for a specific reason, and that generally doesn't go away when the clan is re-opened.

Total level. However, because the 500 man cap was just removed, you should be fine regardless of your total level.

I remember when I joined *-PKM-*, I had just gotten membership back, and was looking to try new things. I had always heard of clans and had assumed I would join one once I got higher combat, so I went looking. I started with the RSOF, but was largely unimpressed. Then I looked on TIf, and found pkm. I would say in terms of warring or community, I've always been a warring person, but I certainly value the community as well.
