But it wasn't long ago that it did do so- phpBB2 allowed it, I believe it was an option in the ACP. Well I guess the developers thought better of that idea with this release, and I agree :P

While it certainly wouldn't "hurt", I know the mods/admins try to refrain from adding forums that aren't going to be used, as it means new moderators, new policies, and probably more which I'm not aware of. As Rainy_Day said, the official ones aren't very active, so it would probably be more pain than gain were one to be added. In terms of the mechscape forums, they hype around the game before it has even been released has already created a decent amount of activity in that board.

And how many of the total accounts are inactive? Probably 3/4 of them, which logically means that almost all the user's have read the rules. Now I know that probably isn't true, but it's the same kind of guess you made when you said 1/4 of members have read the rules. In terms of the "ib4l" spam, yes, it annoys me too. But it isn't my job to deal with, or to make a post about it, so if it is that annoying, report, and move on.

Yup. Communication really is key. You could write your thoughts down, in a letter specifically addressed to and aimed at them. Parents generally should be happy that their kids can trust them, so trying to help them see your point of view could work wonders.

Going green isn't cheap ;) I imagine they charge that much because they can. If people think they are doing the environment some good then they are probably willing to pay more money. That and that bulbs are just higher quality than normal incandescent ones. (If I'm thinking of the same thing you are)

I have met a few in the past, and I've left them alone. I'm sure they have enough to be dealing with. :lol: If one was seriously going to give me some time, I'd have a ton of questions about what they are doing for clans. I'm quite confused by a lot of things Jagex says/does so some clarification would be nice.

Doesn't PvP come before PvM? (If you're attacking an NPC a PKer can just come along and you attack you anyway)? I'm sure this has been the case for a while now. If the npc was fighting back, then no, a pker couldn't attack. If it wasn't fighting back, then yes a pker could attack, but I imagine this update fixed that.

It is a cool idea, for sure, but mostly impractical. Individual clans keep their own history well documented but compiling it in an unbiased and complete way honestly just isn't worth the effort. It's been tried before, and failed.

My plan has unlimited access, it is 70$ a month, but that was the cheapest one and this is in Canada.

Just thought I'd throw it out there - the Exodus intros weren't part of any of the victories against DI, VR and DF (x2). Nor are we accepting them all. *sigh* Oh no, I realize that, but I highly doubt you will decline them all, and you are looking at 10-15 serious members joining, many of them with warlord/pk leader experience, which will end up helping you significantly. I didn't mean to say they had helped you achieve #1 but will definitely be helpful in keeping it. We've declined 4 out of 9 already. Exodus pk leader experience isn't what we're looking for in EoS, it's not up to par. I won't lie, I'm actually quite happy to hear that. It seems like the same group of people keep clan hopping and being accepted by clans looking for an easy rise. I've always hoped EoS was better than that and it seems I was right.

Here (Canada) the first one was ridiculously easy, it's pretty much just common sense. The actual driving tests are more difficult though.

Apparently not :? I agree that GS will definitely outpull but RE is extremely underestimated in terms of their organization. If they manage to keep the numbers anywhere close they will be hard to beat.
