That's probably why you don't bulk up then....if you even just did squats and deadlifts 2,3 times a week I imagine you'd put on more weight. But make sure you use free weights if you do, machines are lame.

Half-arsed excuses for racism is happening like Assume Nothing pointed out and you're telling us public governing going forwards it is "institutionalized racism"? When a government forces hiring quotas based on race, yes, that's institutionalized racism. I'm not saying it's entirely un-beneficial or unnecessary, but my point still stands.

Yeah when I cut out pop I definitely felt better very quickly. Would recommend.

Interesting. But Propane and LNG aren't the same thing....from what I've heard of propane the engine power is the same, the engines run cleaner, but you can't go quite as far. It's also cheaper. The major drawback is trying to fill it up...we seem to have one propane station where I live...
