I think what Muggi/Ginger are trying to say is that that's fine, but just make sure you're actually okay with it, and not just resentfully playing along because you don't want to lose her.

The problem with that is that in 50 or 60 years we would have a very small young population trying to support an older population. Perhaps if we killed everyone when they turned 60 for a decade or so it would work, but that's still genocide and genocide is bad. Capitalist society would fail completely if you institute reproduction limits like this. The only reason china can survive is because they're not a capitalist democracy, and they're heading for the shithole quickly. I've been there before with my first real gf back in high school and I stand by what has been previously said here. You dont know how you really feel about a girl until after you sleep with her. Not that your wrong to wait but before you invest too heavily in her keep in mind that you could sleep with her and realize you may not want to commit to this girl and you were just thinking with your dick this whole time. Watched Django Unchained. Not tarantino's best work, but it was pretty good. 8/10 Also, Christoph Waltz definitely won best supporting actor for that movie on repuation alone. He was nowhere near as good in django as he was in IB.

I used to be extremely pro gun control. However, the more I thought about it, the more I realized that gun control is a band-aid solution to a complicated problem, and a bad one at that. The majority of people don't strictly need guns, I suppose. But they have their uses...and I don't think the government does a very good job at restricting them past a certain point.

How can you seriously ask that question? The last two pages are full of people telling you to cut off all contact with her because she's using you. If you want to get your life in order, start with that. And actually do it.

I take it that you haven't quite figured out yet that intolerance is a one way street, you're only intolerant if you disagree with the "progressive" vision for the future. I say let them keep up the name calling. Every time they call you a name without basis, they're dulling their ammunition as well as letting their ugly hatred and real intolerance show through. I think we shall see in 30-50 years who is bigoted. The same argument was made by the racists during the Civil Rights era. People seem to like comparing public perception of interracial marriage to that of homosexual marriage, but I imagine the future looks more like the way society currently views abortion: a large percentage are still opposed despite the majority being fine with it. The catholic church was never against interracial marriage, in fact purely from a doctrinal standpoint it should have encouraged it (not sure what the actual reaction from the catholic church at large was at the time). Whereas here (as with abortion) it's vehemently opposed and probably always will be.

The problem with argumentation ethics is that arguing something doesn't mean you've implicitly rejected violence, it just means that argumentation suits your needs more than violence at that point.
