Zaaps said what I was gonna say but if ore prices drop and "even out", then smithing will be another afk and cheap 99 like cooking/fletching. It won't even be costly if mining were changed. And mining doesn't need any major changes like you suggested.

SIMPLE-IT IS VERY HARD FOR YOU TO TRAIN MINING. You're just too lazy to train it, that's all. It won't raise the number of smithers as most smithers make don't train smithing to be able to make rune stuff. Most people make mith/addy arrowtips or bolts or they make lower stuff like iron knives to save money. People who go past 73 smithing just want a higher total or the skillcape. No one's gonna get 85 so they can lose even more money smithing runite.

The only problem is finding a world. Most people cannon and if you somehow find an empty world, a cannoner might come in and ks you.

#-o Anyways, for the frog tokens, do chaos runes since you'll get some money. For other events, I usually pick the exp lamp unless snaps or anything of high value are a reward. The rewards for the frog ones that you already had won't change but I think that every random event gives you different rewards.

Well, star mining isn't better than mining granite or using a kyatt but it's a bit of nice mining exp everyday. If you're gonna use the clay pickaxes, bring more than 1 or it might die on you in the desert/wildy (happened to me lol). You also have to factor in the time taken to get them though so it might be better to just use a rune pickaxe. About what kingmickez said, I would not join star hunting clans and leech since it is generally frowned upon. It's best to help spot or solo them yourself. I find it better to solo since I don't need to depend on people. Some tips if you do though: You'll need at least a teak telescope, pick landing sites that aren't popular and have 5+ locations, and choose a quieter world. Answering to hijacking question: There is no specific worlds for noncombat games or people would just crash all the time. You just have to join a noncombat sc clan, and hop to whatever world they're on.

I believe its based on your level in the skill, the skill itself, the tool type and a bit of randomness. So its very hard to say you'll get x amount of exp from x item. Doesn't matter what your level is, what skill, or randomness. It slightly depends on what you're doing/making and the tool you're using. Yea, you really can't buy 4 doses and it's pretty easy combining them now.

You will actually make 7 gold per bolt. It's cheaper to make but costs some time and handclicking, I used to do it while waiting for stars to land lol

Oops, forgot about noncombat sc lol. I still prefer to use dragon axe because it just comes down to a preference of liking the mini-game or not. and I am sick of it lol

I tested it myself a couple of times and got about 35k exp. Rune wiki gives a whole list of exp rates for : http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Sacred_clay_hatchet I'm no expert on woodcutting but reading from guides, it seems that exp is ~50-60k/hour? If that were so, since the hatchet gives you a bonus 17k exp in those 20 mins you spend to get it, you could have just used a dragon axe and got 20k exp in 20 mins. Also, the clay hatchet is slower than the dragon axe so that'll slow down your exp too.

First, sc pickaxes are not worth your time. and granite mining is like 60-80k exp if you do the turning thing which I don't get, look up tofraz on youtube. you can easily manage 30-40k exp if you slack off/talk alot.

how can you do pc?? getting 50 damage would give him hp xp... You can repair gates and barricades. Is it even possible to get 13M+ experience in Attack in a few days? Especially by playing a minigame? He had 92 when it came out. I don't know how long it took but he got 99 very quickly. EDIT: Realize I'm never on topic. Soul wars is the easiest now.

He doesn't have any points to use as he's getting them now lol. With your stats, I would mage fire bolt with chaos gauntlets. Your range is too low and melee takes forever (so does mage but at least you don't waste prayer pots). Permablock them once you can though

have you tried w58? blast furnace is if you want to make a bit of money and level up smithing at the same time. It's not as fast as running from varrock west to the anvils and it is very frustrating there lol (smithed there 60-80). I forgot to say that in my first post but never make cannonballs since you could probably earn more killing chickens. Since you want it quickly, go smith iron knives.
