The futures bright, The futures F2P?
great discussion going on people, let me just point some stuff out, im not slagging off f2p, i dont think theres anything wrong with them getting updates i was just curious to see what people thought of the influx of f2p updates and wheter or not it would continue OT: i doubt this influx is due to, as some people think, jagex replacing the wilderness after all its been over 6 months... My theroy is that now the new graphics are complete, bar a few bugs, jagex probaly has some more resources to spare and i wouldnt be surprised if some of that is going towards updating F2p more often

The futures bright, The futures F2P?
Okay so recent there was topic on whether or not the Rc guild would be F2p and if you read it the majoirity of people said they doubted it, simply due to the vast amount of content f2p had received lately. The majority of people (myself included) got owned. (Rarex must be having a field day ) This seemed pretty strange to me for F2p to get the guild, as how someone mentioned they havent had a guild in 5 years and Rc is also a predomenently P2p skill. The number of updates F2p has received lately has also been quite large, with things like the duel arena, FoG, a new achievement diary, graphical updates. Its looks to be a good time to be F2p. So it got me think is this just a good period for F2p or has jagex shifted some recources towards making more content for F2p. It does make sense as after the new graphic there does seem to be a push for new gamers, so maybe the new F2p content is a way of bringing them in? So is this recent stint of F2p updates random or is it a push by jagex to get some new players or is it something else entirely? If its not random the futures looking bright for F2Pers everywhere 8-)

The Runecrafting Guild - Could it be F2P!?
Could it? yep, Will it?  , oh right your serious? -.- no chance im afraid, rc isnt really used outside of air crafting in f2p so it would kinda be redundant. hopefully there will be a certain skill level before you can get in and if it ends up any higher than say 50, then the number of f2pers that can get in will be massively reduced good job shooting yourself in your big trolly foot  =D>

i got meh first mute for something unfair
lol bordering on grammar nazism but still made me laugh.... ot: it happens im afraid it could both be seen as fair or unfair, on paper you broke the rules even if it was at a location that may be deemed a "safezone". Did the crime, time to face the punishment.

Has public opinion of Runescape dropped?
People seem to think your an utter nerd or a child for playing Runescape, very annoying but its a sterotype i cant see changing. I think the biggest saving grace for runescape is its communitys such a tip it, they really are islands in a sea of some of the terrible gamers (not skill, but attitude), and as long as they stay nice places to interact with other runescapes the overall image of RS doesnt really bother me,

Tip.It Times Presents: Grand Exchange - Help or Hindrance?
always been a help for me, questing and treasure trail are a prime example of its usefulness, merchant wise i guess it was is a hinderance but i wonder how merchanting would be operating now with the trade limit, i think thats had just a big impact on merchanting

Haluned. Elf of the ~Past~
What about meiyerditch (sp) i bet not a huge number of people have completed that but not only has jagex expanded that quest chain they built the very detailed and complicated slums, so why not build prifddinas? Even if not everyone can use it, alot of people still would. It would also be good motivation for more people to complete MEP2

Stone of jas...
Welcome to TIF and yes it would be awesome for a mahjarrat/stone of jas quest and i dont think its to late for one either, there seems to be some buzz over the 150th quest so hopefully that may be it,but knowing jagex i could be years before we get a conclusion

Stone of jas...
So if you've completed the new quest you will have probally seen this cutseen but did you pay any attention to the large rock in the centre? Imo this is probally the stone of jas, believed to have been used to create the first rune stones/magic there used to be quite a few threads floating about that were about the stone but i cant find any for some reason  (maybe rollback victims) so what do you think, is this the fabled stone, are we any closer to finding it and do you think it may an apperance in modern runescape again soon?

Jagex influence?
cant remeber the name of the thread but it was a reply to an old tip.it times and maybe in the archives, however an easier way to find it would to be search for the author "Andrew"

clock tower, monks friend and priest in peril are easy, although the easiest arent always the most fun, some nice storylines you could try which are fun are the plague city quests and lost tribe quests, anyway GL with your questing

Jagex influence?
So recently i was reading through old forum threads i discovered that in the past non-other than Andrew Gower himself has in the past posted on these forums, ( -.- wow your probally thinking but hang on...) what got me thinking was that at some point jagex obviously took some notice of what went on these forums and gave there own views on what people thought, so basically what im getting around to is, Do you think jagex still pays attention to what happens on these forums? and as a result, Do you think we TIFers are still as influence by jagex? I personally have never seen any jagex intervention since i have been around and it seems people just treat the rant forums as a safe haven to (in some cases) slander jagex all they want... so whats your opinion and do you even care what jagex has to do with tip it?
