No i think it just means a quieter community, ive never had a thread on the RSOF rants nor do i browse them regularly, but i think players need a place and have a right to vent and rant somwhere, If anything this just means more rants will come to TIF and by that logic will decrease the quality of the community here,

I believe people get moved to the new tutorial when they log in, if they were on tutorial island. If thats true(which it probally is) then its just bizare the island is still there, lol the 150th quest theroies get weirder and weirder by the day but i guess anything is possible, does seem a bit random having it involve tutorial island though, How much effort would it take to delete it, i actually cant remember a whole place being deleted before, just remodeled (which is pretty such as difficult to do, right?)

The quality of the rewards has diffinently dropped imo, you used to get like 50k or maybe something worth 300k+ now it just seems like 20k or 500k+, i think they changed it about the time the new TT rewards came out but im not sure, my best rewards are probally, 2 guthix kite shields (in one trail) sara dhide top or flared pants after that anything i got was kinda lame/worthless

Ye clothes are too (or where) but its kinda messed up because you need the right amount of money on you for the clothes before you can buy them but they dont charge you, well it was when hd first came out anyway, OT: strange kinda introduction when the rant was about hair loss but local guy sums it up quite nicely

I'd bless a gravestone for someone but i dont feel its excepted of me, its common courtesy (or should be anyway) If i saw a grave i would bless it but if i didnt for some reason (maybe didnt see it or something) i wouldnt apologise to them because i didnt bless it, i think its the decent thing to do but should not be expected from people. In general I wouldnt say the overall moral values of your average Rs player are going down hill, if your going GWD with a group from the Rsof who are only there for quick money, i guess the morals will be kinda lax. People are just as nice as ever imo, its just who you come into contact with,

Totally agree, That fact that gravestones dissapear when you get logged out is stupid seeing how a large portion of deaths are caused by lag, the timer on graves should only count down when your logged in aswell. That way people have a fair chance of getting there stuff back.
