No, it's not. Yes it is. Black/God d'hide is far more accurate then red, and getting 61-70 range is quick.

It's a nice thought, but the fact that it hasn't been done yet probably means that the number of new customers that would be attracted to X company isn't worth losing the profits made by charging a higher flat monthly fee. Or, consumers have made it clear that internet providers can "get away" with charging someone who uses 1 computer for a cable connection that can support 4 computers browsing without a notable loss of service, so changing it would simpy lose profit.

A minium of 3000 xp for blessing a grave? Then you could just take turns with a friend suiciding, blessing, and destroying graves, or do it with yourself on an alternate account. You say that the xp would be halved after 3 blesses of the same grave, but what about different graves of the same person? And even if you changed that, there would be 'clan blessings' of mass suicide-blessers. I cannon the 138s, excellent slayer xp with decent herbs. The best place to cannon them isn't in the first, large room, but in the 'intersection' room a bit north. Bring super attack and strength, 2 super antipoisons, and 2 prayer potions. Wear proselyte + melee gear.

Icefiends and goblins would be able to attack. I know a level 3 skiller who has 70+ agility and a ton of agility tickets (he wants to get 70-99 in a day or something) and he doesn't seem to have a problem using brimhaven.

Don't bother killing specs in the well until you have a slayer helm. The smoke doesn't kill you so it is possible if you pray but it's very annoying and wasteful.

Especially with your stats you shouldn't be using magic for combat. Farseer helm, ahrim's robetop and bottom, master wand, mage's book, barrows goves, infinity boots, god cape, seers ring, fury.

You need to mine lunar ore to smith a lunar helm. Ctrl+F "mine" should find it. Some cheap ways of crafting include making gold amulets (profits), making silver tiaras, and buying metal bars+soft leather bodies and smithing and crafting studded bodies.

Sounds like you need to find a hobby you enjoy.

The glow effect on the bio text makes the edges blur into the background more making it harder to read. Don't use smilies.

Use a bunyip whenever you need healing. Never exchange pouches for shards, with your melee stats you could earn better gp/h at green dragons. Your stranger plant pouches will sell on the ge. Use your barker toads as junk to buy new shards, you can buy the shards for 18-20 each on the RSOF.

Don't bother range slaying without 70.
