With proso, sgs for spec, and prayer flashing I have 'too much' prayer (I had to pray the 10% str sometimes). With a terrorbird, and a POH with an altar and a canifis portal banking is very fast.

I would train skills like cut/burn willows or make amulets/tiarras since the xp rate isn't too much slower in f2p. Don't waste your time training combat in f2p.

They poison through prayer. Pray range against the boss, pray melee against the normal ones. Cannon them in the 'intersection' north of the main room for faster kills.

He's an ex-member which means his bank is stuffed far past the f2p limit, getting rid of 2 things wouldn't help.
