For the dungeon, bring your food of choice (monkfish+) and some saradomin bews for the def and hp. It would be a big help if you could get a friend (who has def and prayer) to run through with you as you follow him since most of the monkeys would attack him. For the battle with the demon, wear the best range gear you have, drink a range, mage, and super def pot, withdraw a full inventory of food (monk+) and range him, he wont be able to reach you through the gnomes so just worry about magic. Or run off and let the gnomes do most of the work. The experience is optional.

They drop more natues then you use, just bring 10. Bring 1k fires or a fire staff. The teletab isn't needed, you have home tele, and they drop airs as well as laws and you're bringing fires so you could also teleport to Varrock.

Cheapest way with decent speed would be making and alching mithril spears or hastas with sc hammers, they take 1 bar and 1 maple log yet give the experience of 2 bars. You'd have to do some barbarian training to get the ability to smith them, tip.it has a guide for it.

Yeah with a dragonfire shield and an anti-fire potion it's 100% protection against their fire.

People who have 3rd age armour are most of the time very wealthy and only buy 3rd age to keep as something that will gain them profit by just sitting in the bank. Why would they sell something that gains profit on its own unless they really need the money? What are the chances that 60% of 3rd age owners suddenly need money? Anyone of any level get get 3a from clues, and not everyone would have the junk to sell it.

You want to train attack with a saradomin sword? What? A whip is the same strength and attack but 2 handed so you can use a defender, no reason to spend the extra 5.5m on a worse weapon.

You could do 'the spirit of summer' and 'the haunted mine' for the salve amulet and kill ghostly warriors. I was doing slayer at your levels (just to get 55) but if I wasn't training slayer I also would of been killing moss giants.

You would have to split the guy into 3 images the height of their corresponding xp signatures, like this: Head level/99 Head Torso level/92 Torso Legs xp/day Legs Easy enough.
