Keep your torso as a decorative item and wear your Guthan's paltebody. Sell your dragon platelegs and use Guthan's chainskirt, or buy Dharok's platelegs for the extra 10 def and swap when neccisary. The best range gear is void which isn't buyable. If you want to buy gear buy a fury, warriors ring, archers ring, and then either some ahrims and other mage gear (if you never use magein combat) or spend the remainder it on your favorite skills.

Source Illigal, although the chances of repercussions are slim. Jagex has never shown an interest in 'cracking down' on afkers at bandits, so I presume it is fairly safe. I've always thought it would be interesting if the ge was location specific, like the old trades. For example, if you wanted armour, weapons, and other goods, use the ge in Varrock, but if you wanted to buy cow hides, ores, grimy herbs (unids) or feathers use the one in Falador, for yews, magic logs, or bow strings go to Seers ect. Impractical, but more like the 'old days'.

I missed the point of the second article. It's just a page of ranting about a quest that's what, 4 or 5 years old? Did it ever occur the author that it's not supposed to be an easy quest? I did the underground pass with ~60 thieving and ~30 agility a few years ago, with half an inventory of cakes and some prayer potions (I didn't end up using the potions).

The +3 prayer is far more helpful then +6 defence.

I'm currently 55 slayer and I want 72 for Falador's diary, anf I want to get it done effeciently. So this is what I plan to use: Slayer mask (replace with helm when enough points are aquired) God cloak (I do not have a firecape and I only have one 99) Amulet of fury Bandos chestplate (replace with guthan's platebody if I find myself taking too much damage) Verac's skirt Dragon boots Regen brace (Haven't done rfd yet) Abyssal whip Rune defender Warrior ring Sgs in my inventory with pray potions and food if needed My stats are 83/83/82, 70 prayer and 59 summoning 1) Is there any equipment that needs changing? 2) What combination of slayer masters should I use for the best xp? 3) Which tasks should be cannoned? 4) Should I bring a terrorbird for more space, or some kind of combat familiar for multicombat? 5) Which tasks should be ranged (keep in mind I'm 99 ranging)? 6) Which offencive prayer(s) should I use?
