I don't think we want the publicity which comes with using bioweapons.

We have a research lab, and hydroponics wouldn't really help with the air supply problems (Speaking of which, we need to get a new filter pad), and we have enough food. Stealth system, refinery, or drone bay (in order of priority) are the obvious choices to me. See, once we have a stealth system, we could go into orbit and scan things without being told to leave and never come back by the Japanese or TFed or whoever we needed to spy on.

Sounds like a plan. I'm thinking - Stealth field generator Refinery The rest Anything beyond those two is a little specific. Drone bay would only be used by Earth, and Biolab would only be used by Retech and *possibly* Mather. Refinery means that we can fabricate our own gear, saving us money, and we can make use of any rare metals we might find. Stealth field is self explanatory.

I think we should probably get a refinery if we get a new bay. At the rate we're going, the entire galaxy is going to be pissed at us, so we want a way to fabricate our own goods. Just throwing my opinion out there.

You should increase the concentration so it could be put into something like a pen or a ring. Would be pretty useful in some circumstances.

Like he said to Theros, if you fix your ways, then the fine will be refunded. Therefore, it should only worry you if you don't intend to do anything to fix what you did wrong.

So you're fine with a dictatorship as long as it follows what you want? Plus, the captain wasn't even here, so by that logic, the only reason you were obedient was because the captain wasn't fining you... Basically, Dusty is the captain, I listen to him. I'm second, you listen to me. If you don't like what I say, I'd be very glad to discuss it with you, but you NEVER TOLD ME YOU WERE GOING TO PULL THIS CRAP.

I'm not sure Britain would want me saying what was in it. I already screwed up and cost them a lot because the Sere was destroyed, and I'm not going to betray their very patient trust in me.

I know what was in the cargo already, and it wasn't anything military related. And no, I couldn't do anything because you took my VISOR (AKA, tore my eye out.) and tranqed me. I could have tried to take control back, but I am an engineer, you are a soldier armed with several different guns, and I can guess who would have won that particular fight. I'd rather not die, especially if it won't accomplish anything. And yes, Icu, a rank system is okay as long as you have a high position, right? You were okay with it while you were third in command, and now that you don't have a rank, it's suddenly a dictatorship? Get real.

Errrr... The reason I have authority is because I don't pull stupid crap like attacking a ship we're supposed to be escorting without discussing it with the captain first. Of course, I would have said no, and if I did, you should be obliged to go along with it. Well, I actually was planning on taking a little trip to Britain shortly. Care to come with me and Gavrill, Jeremiah? I'm sure the Brits will be very acceptive of the fellow who just blew up their ship and more than 500 of their citizens. Sounds fun. Icu, I don't think you understand this. The diplomatic err was sorted out. YOU were not. You defied a direct order and then went against the entire plan after knocking me out.

    That's really, really childish.

They were innocent. I cannot tell you why they were there, but they were not military personnel.
  13. Seraphi replied to archimage_a's topic in Falador Tavern
You know that isn't exactly a point in your favour, right? You just openly admitted to being mutinous and regarding your higher ranking officers as an annoyance to be disposed of. Planning mutiny, seizing the ship, disobeying a direct order, knocking out a higher officer, killing 500 innocents. The list goes on. Oh yeah, and THE ENTIRE REASON I have direct control of the turrets is for situations EXACTLY LIKE THIS.

I think the whole "Mutiny" thing is what's important here. It was risk versus reward. The escort mission was an easy 100k, while your mission ended up as the biggest cluster[bleep] I have ever seen.

Oh wow. By the way, Dusty, I did manage to fix deplomatic standing with Britain, even after that collosal farce. Then everything went all stupid and I zoned out for two hours.

    Soooo... Where is everyone?
  17. The human body is flawed in design. WHY DO WE STILL BITE THE INSIDE OF OUR MOUTHS.

Awesome. EDIT: Which channel is it? I remember you saying that underscores wont work anymore, but I don't think you told us the new channel.

    Your math is irrefutable.
  20. Try lemon tea as well. I love lemon tea, and it really helps with a cold.
  21. Sure, it's good. Don't expect it to stay good though. I'm open to the possibility that it will be consistantly decent, but I somehow doubt it. Because Nexon.

    Much obliged.
  23. Yeah, the games UI is pretty complex. But you play Dwarf Fortress, so man the hell up.

Ramming is a legitimate form of attack when no other weapons are available. Man, I wish we took a log of that. "Guys, we have no weapons. "Wait, grab hold of something" ... "RAMMING SPEED" To the chorus of "Oh god wait what" by pretty much everyone else.

Also, as a note, I'd like to request the position of navigator and [insert the name of the job which involves using ship weapons here] (Pretty sure I already am the second one). Since I don't want to be involved in active combat, and I'm not sure I'd be good as a weapons dev, I'll just handle the ship and maintainance. I can do upgrades and stuff, too.
