Ah, level 8? Suddenly it seems a lot less gamebreaking than it did before. Yeah, 3d8 damage at level 8 doesn't look broken to me.

I'm like 90% sure we are missing something here. I remember the mounted combat rules being a hell of a lot less straightforward than this.

I'm kind of a spellcaster. Not quite as versatile as most though. I make up for it with the ability to use explosives en masse. Also, Retech, are you sure that is correct? As I recall, your base attack bonus lowers with each additional shot you take. And what level would that be at?

Just remember to fit it to the character you have in mind and not go for whichever you think would give you the best game advantage.

Good for you. Plus, you can always use the extra ability score you get to boost Wisdom to 18 long before you are even able to cast level 8/9 spells.

It's working fine, but my internet is slow. I'll manage for now, but it'll be a lot easier from wednesday onwards.

Just when you think you have Maptool connections down, it throws you a curveball. Either way, I think there is the option of using somebody elses internet if they create the server as a player, but I suppose that should only be used if all else fails. EDIT: Grim, is your IP dynamic? Restarting the internet only works if it changes the IP, because for some reason maptools doesn't like some IPs.

Oh hey, you're right. They do.

You start with 1 feat if you are nonhuman and nonfighter. If you are a human but not a fighter, or a fighter but not a human, you start with two feats. If you are a human fighter, you get three feats.

Monks usually use their fists. They get a ton of bonuses to unarmed strikes with little/no armour, and tend to be not very good if you give them any equipment past rings, amulets, and 0 AC items. By the by, version is .b81, right? And one other thing... Retech, are you playing a drow noble? Because I'm like 90% sure they get level adjustment +2, which means you'll be lagging behind massively in levels.

I'm fine with today or tommorow, though I don't have access to my PC until wednesday, so I'll be on my laptop, which *may* end up having some network issues, but hopefully not. That said, it's entirely up to you. If you think you have it ready, then I am good to do.

They are usually evil. They can be neutral if you want.

Drows have different advantages and disadvantages (and kewl weapons) than regular elves. I haven't chosen Drow yet, but I am looking into it. Otherwise, probaly some other variant of elf. Alright, just remember to try your best to roleplay and not just take the things which are most advantagous to you as a player.
