Opeth and I know about Suffocation, cool tech death but not as good as Atheist. I hold Bolt Thrower as the best death metal band anyway, few others have done anything for me.

Post-metal is the hipster garbage of metal. Boris, Cult of Luna and a few other related sludge/doom bands.

I know of them and like them. ;] Cult of Luna if you like Neurosis, early albums are more post-metal and newer albums have a post-rock influence.

Pretty much me too, but add Nodame Paris and replace Tales with Casshern Sins. Sunohara was awesome in AS 2, also o god Sanae in serafuku.. o_o Casshern was good but the crappy sub I had of it killed it, will get episode 2 soon. Toradora is cool, but not as good as I hoped so far.. :[ Nodame was [bleep]ing awesome, brilliant animation and oh-so-hilarious characters.

You can't have "a bit" of RSI, you have it or you don't. Short-term pain is usually just stress from typing/clicking/doing awkward stuff for an extended period of time. However, if you decide to ignore this and not take a break, you run the risk of damage. I've had tennis elbow from planing wood and it's horrible, a lot worse than just a short-term sprain from too much computer use. If you have RSI you'd know about it for sure.
