Doing it with a 90 boost would be like 60% per essence times the amount of essence. It would make a 6+ boost look like a reasonable option.

85 with +6 stew boost. You could do thousands of 3 dose stews and still not get the boost in one stat. Even if you do get a 6+ you would still need it in runecrafting. 86 would be realilistic.

If you use the Oo'glog Hunter Pool you can technically get any vine that is 8+ your level if done effectively. (You need 78 hunter for juju hunter) You can also get any of the seeds from commons. You should start commons and stockpile; bush and herb seeds. Should be the best exp for you. Stay at them if you need seeds, swap to the other trap jadinkos when you get them otherwise.
