  1. Or Gjallarhorn being replaced every time Xur would have had it. What's worse than a broken weapon is a broken weapon that is pseudo-rarer when it doesn't have to be. Arbitrary stuff ruins games.

  3. I quit playing around DB hit. I sunk over hundred hours into it. I did the VoG a couple times. My best exotic weapon finds were Suros, Ice Breaker and Hawkmoon. My favorite weapon was a legendary fwc machine gun I found with a 150 round clip with a near perfect perk roll. The design decisions they made were too suffering to continue playing.   4. Thanks, do I need to finish any tasks to unlock that feature from the smuggler? And your setup seems nice, do you remember how long it took to obtain the blood necklace? You need to complete some of the early tasks levels for it I think. Ediumu are super rare. Everyone in your party needs at least 90 slayer for one to spawn in the path and extremely unlikely to spawn in a bonus room. Occult and Warped have more common spawns. A spawn in a solo dungeon is like impossible rare. A blood necklace is fairly uncommon drop too. If you get hard mode from beating the elite diary you can get Ediumu spawns towards a rate of 1 a floor even without the slayer requirement solo. Shouldn't take an hour to get one after that.
  5. Prior to getting 120 dungeoneering I ran a pure magic setup. No boss has an immunity to magic damage so it's very effective. Its biggest flaw is magic damage tier is capped to 90. Ranged is the most popular it has less immunities to deal with than melee. Its biggest flaw is it doesn't have a metamorphosis or berserker ultimate ability. Death shroud tends to be wasteful for a single room. Melee is second most popular it's tends to be the highest dps. Its biggest flaw is it isn't so effective clearing rooms fast. It also has to deal with a boss immunity half the time. Regardless you have to run a magic weapon either as another setup or in your bind. Weapon>Second weapon if needed>Chest>Blood Necklace if you have it>Legs>Helm Build pure damage/accuracy for ring. Run class damage potion or a random skill potion for a potential skill door. Elite diary is beyond worth.
  6. If you want hard things to kill then you should kill bosses. Giant Mole is an easier one and has a hard mode if you find that too easy. Even go do like solo gwd you could probably get a kill if you tried even as a low level.
  7. Black Dragons are effectively easier to kill as banking isn't as much of an issue. Dragons aren't really worth killing unless you have super antifire/slayer or you want money. You would kill blues or greens in that case anyways. There isn't much you couldn't kill if you wanted to just a matter of it being very ineffective. You should opt to do slayer if you want to have any kind of direction of what to kill. Most everything worth farming requires a high slayer level anyway. Dungeoneering is another direction too. If you just want to fight stuff.
  8. The Dragon Battleaxe's special is actually pretty meta in legacy for dps'ing. I don't think your problem has anything to do with Dragon armor. Rather you're too obsessed with people's opinions. That won't change if you wear Bandos or even Malevolent. You'll still look like a noob to some people and other people will think you're elitist scum.
  9. Tan it Craft it. Alch it. One of the hard parts with the lunar spell was alching since you're on you know lunars. It's pretty effective with bonecrusher and demon horn you can stay forever without having to bank while still being efficient.
  10. The portable crafter sounds cool. You can take it to dragons and tan and craft without needing to do Livid Farm. Shame that was like one of the best spells you could get there. I don't mind them putting more stuff on TH as long as keep their current trend of making a lot of it tradable. I find it a whole lot better to have more stuff put on TH than have hassle Minigames/d&ds. Thalers became a thing because so many Minigames have very unenjoyable gameplay but meta rewards. The TH items tend have very distinct value and very balanced supply and demand while not better than having fun Minigames with good rewards it's much better than having a bad system.
  11. Chat was getting worked up over a 900 or something sinkhole score. So I dug through my old picture folder. Found some other cute moments. 1k score. Not even sure if it is my highest. Arcane back in the old days solo'ing corp in Gano. 6:03 med solo. Me getting comp.
  12. Pretty much all the tradable combos are stupid good gp/exp rates. Just off the basis you have to exchange making overload materials and actually having the recipes for them at that point. Overload Salves makes the most extra dosage. But Antifire + Prayer is usually redundant due to Demonhorn bar QBD or Frosts. Searing Overload is the cheapest and pretty much makes free overload dosage. Supreme Salves makes the most exp. 600+700 per overload used in two steps. Next best was 500 for Basic Salves. Salves are best used for Bank and Inventory space or outright simplicity. I'm pretty sure you can use god banner to boost for Supreme Salves so you can still make use of the exp.
  13. Dragon Halberd? You know there has been the Crystal and Attuned Crystal Halberd tier 70 and 80 respectively. They're viable and definitely have that extra benefit.
  14. Halberds are in theory completely better than weapons of the same tier. As they have extra range for free. The big issues are: The extra range doesn't apply to some abilities, notebly both the 2h thresholds. To add since your increased range doesn't put you in range for those abilities you have to do so manually. There isn't a tier 90 one. Completely free in legacy. Still better than other weapons of the same tier.
  15. I hate watching these BTS and already knowing the Sgs outfit is garbage. Only thing I ever seem to look forward to and there hasn't been a decent one in over a year. Not having anything to buy when you want to buy stuff hurts so much.
  16. Livid farm is apparently good active farm exp. And you won't hate yourself if you get towards comp not having done it. Even has agility exp.
  17. Running a set of melee/magic/ranging weapons and armor. So like hybrid or trybrid. Keris can't hit anything other than the ranged phase. Running gear swaps ends up making you lose way too much than it's worth if you die. At Kalphite King death is really out of your control regardless of how good you are.
  18. Keris runs into the issue of hitting the damage hard cap and its Dps is rather iffy due to its awful accuracy. If you run it you need to run gear swaps which is typically not necessary in groups. More a solo thing. I don't think it'll be worth running after the death rework.
  19. I've been sitting on no bottom part for weeks/months now to finish my leg. It's always my longest one to get. Easiest path it's just so mind numbingly easy and long it's frustrating.
  20. You're supposed to use them with overloads. If you're good with the timing your stats just get boosted back up and don't lose adrenaline like Rocktails. Boosting over the limit is very ineffective, though. As it starts to decay. It's very slow but losing a portion of the heal isn't great when you don't have to.
  21. The God Banner has a 2+ boost in most skills that reapplies constantly and is practical. For constitution rocktails, brews and bonfires boost it over to relevant levels. They're completely out done really.

    I eat my vegetables completely plain with at most just salt. Not putting butter on pancakes is a sin though. It feels far too dry without it.
  23. It got super broken when they fixed the weapon parts. I had to break one of my 4 map tables and all my icons. Then replace them. Went from a 10 day streak to getting them everyday again.
  24. I have no idea why everyone voted for the tassel option. One of the only things shown as advertised and people hate it.
