  1. For Saradomin part: Dragon Kiteshield. Makes sense, Saradomin is about defense, shields are well...about defense. For Zamorak part: Its obviously going to be a weapon if Jagex follows this pattern. Maybe a Dragon Pickaxe (well overdue) or maybe a Dragon Warhammer. Man...imagine the special of the Warhammer.
  2. Well, we all have dreams of becoming famous by doing something everyone thought was impossible. I know I have. But some people set unrealistic goals, trying to do the impossible. What do you think is an unrealistic goal or even impossible to achieve? Personally, I thought untrimmed 99 Slayer and 99 Summoning was impossible. Except that http://www.zybez.net/community/index.ph ... pic=950717 shows that the same person was able to achieve both. Now, after seeing loads of blogs and lots of Runescape updates, I think soloing the corp beast is impossible. Many people used the strategy where you hit the beast, ran under it and so on and so forth. Obviously Jagex was looking up on youtube how people tried to solo it and found this method out. They then released a new attack for the beast; where the beast hits you while you're under him. I really think Jagex will do anything they can to make this beast unsoloable. Note: And no, I'm not advertising for zybez. Its just that I knew no one would believe me if I didn't show proof.
  3. I don't know much about computers but I know I'm on the internet. I click the Internet Explorer Browser, go to runescape.com and click on HD and that message pops up on my desktop in a notepad format. Also I'll try redownloading the Java thing.
  4. Alrite, I have recently been getting this error message whenever I try to play Runescape in Full Screen HD. I use to be able to play Runescape in Full Screen HD but for some reason it doesn't work now. I know I have all the requirements to play in HD because I've played in it before! I just need someone who knows what to do to allow Runescape to work. Thanks
  5. Good read. Even though I do 1-2 clues A DAY, the most I've gotten was 450k from a reward. Also, its guaranteed to give you a rune item.
  6. You don't need to but I'm pretty sure they can. With 250 stats I easily killed them even though it was pretty hard. Hitting 100s does that for you.
  7. First off the "white dove" quote is obvious...It refers to the peace room located in GWD (near Armadyl entrance). Theres the door with the 4 god symbols and theres even an outline to the room. I think Jagex is gonna release this soon and maybe with the next Grandfather quest? I don't know who Ralvash is but it might refer to Musah Point...
  8. 1. I'd keep it unless I had lots of proof that the person who claimed he died, actually was the owner. 2. I'd keep it unless there was like identification with the money, then i'd return it.
  9. You're right but when i say the requirements are big, i'm not only refering to the skill requirements. Right now, you must complete EVERY quest to start WGS...EVERY QUEST! Not many people have a quest cape (compared to the rest of the RS population) Also, Jagex is aiming this quest at high level players (atleast those who have a quest cape). I don't know any person with a quest cape who doesnt w/o an 80+ skill.
  10. Sorry about the bump. Why don't you think a 80+ requirement is realistic? This is suppose to be the hardest and most complex quest plot/series ever. My friend tells me Legends was a sinch compared to this quest, and I found Legends to be a pretty hard quest. As far as I know, there aren't any quests with 80+ requirements, but whos to say Jagex will keep it this way? I think several 70+ requirements for the 2nd part, 2 80+ requirements for the third (if they make it) and a 90+ requirement for the 4th part (if they make it). Remember, this is THE hardest quest. Also, a quest that takes several days would either be very long and boring, or have loads of difficult battles, puzzles and walking. I don't know much about the Runescape Gods but maybe like some very difficult boss monsters which can only be fought during the quest. Also, for each player the monster is different so you have to figure out how to kill it yourself.
  11. I'd personally use it all on either Prayer (400k Exp saves you a bunch), Runecrafting (I hate this skill) or Mining. 400k Mining is like, what? 8 hours of boring clicking? Atleast Runecrafting lets you run around. I wouldn't bother spending it on any combat related skill (except Prayer) because I like training, it earns me experience, levels and money!
  12. Click on the Defense button ingame. Dragon Platebody requires 60 Defense...same goes for any Dragon item..
  13. We all know that the recent quest is extremely difficult for most people. I remember reading somewhere (on Runescape, or here) that there would be more parts to this quest. If the first part of the quest is already this difficult, imagine how hard the other parts are going to be! What do you guys think the requirements for the next parts might be? I personally think there will be some 80+ Stat requirements, and maybe ever 90+ for a third, fourth or even fifth part. I'm also pretty sure Jagex is going to add "Must have completed [City] Achievement Diary" aswell as being able to access every guild. I really don't think Jagex will have a "99 Level" skill as a REQUIREMENT for the quest (Note: Making Dragon Plates (99 Smithing) is not a requirement for the quest), but I wouldn't be suprised for several 90+ skills.
  14. he's f2p so he basically has to do all of the quests mossies in crandor are good skeletons in countless areas ankous are good cash the SoS spiders if theres a safespot fleshies (use a safespot)
  15. the first person to get 200M exp in EVERY stat the first person to solo corp. beast first person to get 99 slayer at 10hp first person to get 99 strength at 10hp (barb fishing) first person to get 99 mage at 10hp first person to get 99 range at 10hp first person to get 99 summoning 10hp ^anyone who does that is instantly famous in my books
  16. I tried this method twice and it worked out pretty well even though I prefer my Armadyl/Dhide Outfit better. Helm: Void Plate: Void Legs: Void Gloves: Void Boots: Ranger>Snakeskin Amulet: Fury>glory Cape: Accumulator Shield: Use Crystal Shield, Obby Shield, Rune Kite if you really want to, Granite I also suggest you have another way of healing yourself. I used bunyip but a unicorn would own.
  17. I suggest you complete all the quests that allow you to get a new dragon weapon also, do wolf whistle and druidic ritual (as stated above several times) RFD is very good as it give amazing gloves, DT is helpful and is easy with 40+ defense Some quest plots that are very helpful Mourners - starts in ardougne, allows you to access elf lands, very fun, very good plot and hard quests Swamps East of Varrock - the name is escaping me but do all the quests east of varrock, allows you to access barrows and the plot isnt that bad karamja plots - loads of quests, some are annoying, the others are very annoying, but shilo village is useful frenny plots - access to loads of useful places troll plots - boring, stupid but dead useful for GWD and travelling around do frenny trials, frenny isles, swan song, legends (cape is cool), that slayer quest (35 slayer is a req.), troll quests, maybe the ogre quests (no real bonuses), holy grail, merlins crystal
  18. I've been a member before several times. I don't know what to do now because I just got membership again. Should I do quests? Train my Member skills? I was planning on getting all my skills 50+ but I only have ~2.5M cash. I also have full void, torso, rune defender, ect. What would be a good way of making money? I had tried aviansies but I was wondering if theres a good way of making money through skilling? I'm 76 Wcing so would wcing yews with a dragon axe work? I'm 74 Ranged so Aviansies would be easy (71 Defense aswell) 60 Runecrafting might be good with laws? Should I get 99 Fishing (70 now) from Monks? I enjoy fishing but in f2p its boring What would be the best path i could take?
  19. This i highly doubt... Also, I never said rune arrows must be added to nonmembers. i think yew bows (short and long) but rune arrows? im not sure. range can be very strong in the 90+ in f2p also, i dont think mage should get anything. and im dead serious. even for members. any more mage updates and it'll ruin it. mage is suppose to be 2nd combat style which you use when hybriding. also, melee has way more than 7... Melee 1. Bronze 2. iron 3. steel 4. black 5. mithril 6. iniate 7. adamant 8. prosthelyte (from the slug quest) 9. rune 10. dragon 11. third age 12. barrows 13. bandos 14. clay i'm sure there are more but those are the main ones Range 1. leather 2. hard leather 3. studded leather 4,5,6,7. dragon hide (green, blue, red and black) 8. Barrows 9. third age 10. armadyl 11. clay theres also frog armour but no one really uses that Mage 1. Robes (i'll count all robes) 2. Mystic 3. Splitbark 4. Ahrims 5. third age 6. clay 7. ghostly In conclusion, its not how many sets of armour that make a skill overpowered. its how useful the skill is. Range is very useful for attacking people at a distance in f2p. melee is a req. for f2p (to ko someone). mage....not very useful. it hits a max of 16 and costs a blood fortune.
  20. Training magic in freeplay isn't much harder than training it in members. The difference is finding something profitable to alch. Steel-Adamant plates fit the bill nicely. thank you very much for bringing this up steel plates cost over 1.5k+ (i think) and only alch to 1.2k. the other thing ppl alch are green d hide bodies which cost 4k+ EACH!!! yew bows cost 600-800gp and its been around that price for ages. though you get the same exp, you need 4-5x more money to spend on the same amount of exp. also, i think flax should remain p2p only.
  21. For all the people who say "yew bow prices will not improve" are you stupid... Not only will F2P be able to use them, but they can also Alch them... Now imagine, it goes from 1M being able to alch them (members) to 10M (f2p) who could alch them... The prices will soar because its hard to train mage in f2p... Also, thinking about it, rune arrows might be overkill in f2p
  22. I fail to see how F2P Ranged is unpowered unless you fight someone with 99 Ranged and 90+ Defense when you happen to be a pure... Maybe if Yew Shortbow Prices improve, Alchers could alch them instead of longs?
  23. Alrite, I was just talking with my friend (he's F2P) about how F2P has Armour for 40 Defense, yet no Ranged Weapon (Yew Bow) for 40 Ranged (I'm P2P BTW). I was just thinking, if Jagex made Yew Bows and MAYBE Rune Arrows (I think most F2Pers would prefer the bow over the arrows but if you add one, you might aswell add the other), wouldn't it actually HELP Members? Yew Bows are hard to sell in the GE. The only people who buy for people who alch for 99 Mage. Rune Arrows have dropped in price since the release of bolts. Now, imagine F2P had these 2 items... 1) The prices of both would rise dramatically 2) Fletching becomes less of a "noob skill" in some peoples' eyes because its now useful as F2Pers and P2Pers can buy Yew Bows 3) Maybe making rune arrows could become profitable? 4) F2P range will be equal to melee (although mage is pitiful in my opinion). Now, i know loads of people are gonna say "f2p doesnt deserve anything". I know this. But honestly, does it hurt to be nice? Also, i'm sure some idiot is gonna say "omg im gonna become f2p now cuz they get so much!!". Shut up, please. NO ONE uses Yew Bows for range unless you're less than 50. HARDLY ANYONE uses rune arrows to pk unless you dont wanna use knives/bolts. I was just thinking if this should be changed. I know it wont make a dramatic change, but it could actually benefit members aswell. Before you flame me for begging for stuff, I'm a member, and have been a member for almost 30+ straight months.
  24. Range: Ranger Boots Melee: Dragon Mage: Infinity
