  1. Under normal circumstances, yes. You can refuse anyone service if you want (not on a basis of race, gender, religion ect...). However this is entirely different, since they had his car. It's not the woman's job to count pennies. If he wants his car back then he can walk home and roll them up or come up with some bills then come back. Why not? If I paid her in bills, she'd have to count them AND add them, seeing as I live in America, where there aren't any $88 bills. If your car is towed, it's your duty to come up with the fee, and she is being paid to handle whatever paperwork is entailed AND ensure the payment is the appropriate amount. That's EXACTLY her job, in fact, it's what she's being paid for. This is what I was thinking. Yes, the quantity does seem a bit crazy but do you think she would have accepted it if he paid in something like... 88 $1 coins?

 I love chopstick newbies. So adorable. Well, there is fried rice in Asia, but I must admit it's different than the "fried rice" in the west (and I imagine in Australia/New Zealand too). Yeah, I just don't like how people consider takeaways as actual Chinese food, all of my friends assumed that all I ate was fried rice and wontons for dinner. What about.. pork intestines.. or yum cha .. or scorpians on sticks?! All of that weird [cabbage] you find in Hong Kong.
  3. Atreyu and Korn. Atreyu = Korn =

Yeah, it does slow you down unless you're used to using them. Sometimes I find chopsticks faster to use because I basically shovel the food into my mouth. Fork + knife is handy for eating steaks though.
  5. What do you consider a must-see action film then?
  6. I don't think you're supposed to post your list but I do have to agree with Kill Bill. Now that I think about it, I've hardly watched any action films!

My mum is an amazing cook and my stomach just grumbled because I'm thinking of food that she cooks. I myself can only cook a few things but I'm good at following instructions so I can cook anything I like without much struggle. I remember when I was little and my oldest sister would come home and bake with me and my other sister. Every single time me and my 'other sister' would back with my oldest sister, it would somehow be ruined (e.g wrong ingredients, over cooked). One time we baked a perfect batch of brownies and then as my oldest sister walked over to the dining table with the tray of brownies she dropped all of them on the floor. We then fed it to her boyfriend without telling him that she had dropped them. My friend is a terrible cook, whenever she had to be taught how to make toast when she was about 12 because she would always jam a knife down the toaster. She was home alone once and she called me to ask what she should cook. i told her to get something that you only need to heat up from the pantry and she did. She ended up blowing up her stove. Oh and I hate how people consider food like 'fried rice' as 'Chinese food'. That's not traditional Chinese food, that's the [developmentally delayed]ed version of 'Chinese food' that European people eat. It also irritates me when people HAVE to eat fried rice with chopsticks when they usually use forks and knives, just because it's 'Chinese' doesn't mean you have to pretend to be authentic. That's my contribution.
  8. There you go, happy? :P Pshhh I'm more scared of that thing ^ than a rattlesnake. Maybe you should start watching horror movies.

I can't believe it has happened, but Adrenal has made me smile. I know, shocking. Carry on now. I feel like you've changed, Lenin. You cannot post, because of that un-hidden Grudge image. Because it's always a Japanese girl ghost I think I'll see. ....... -Scratches head- OH! You mean when you look in the mirror? Yeah, she'll get you one day.
  10. Haha, which reminds me, the grudge scares the [cabbage] out of me. I think it's because I watched it as a kid and I was scared of it for about 2 months. I don't know why. What scares yah gauper?

  15. wtf? I feel I need to make that "wtf" bigger. W T F! How do you even pronounce that? ...as the band themselves say on their website: "!!! is pronounced by repeating thrice any monosyllabic sound. Chk Chk Chk is the most common pronunciation, but they could just as easily be called Pow Pow Pow, Bam Bam Bam, Uh Uh Uh, etc."

Am I the only one who has no idea what this sentence means? It's something to do with BMX biking and I'm going to guess that '24' refers to the size of the wheels or something.
  23. Wongtong replied to Leoo's topic in Off-Topic
Why the x at the end of the sentence? Because it means hug, and she is hugging all of us. DUH Maybe I should get into the habit too. xoxo gossip girl
  24. Oh god it's that song. I laugh everytime I see his face. --------------------- [yt]ii6XHyLVEXw[/yt]
