The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus have a pretty daft name, worst thing about it is they claim they didn't spend too long thinking of a name because "that time could be spent making music". But then they say about how red, jumpsuit and apparatus can all represent good and bad things. Yeah, sure you didn't spend long thinking that up. #-o

Haha, my dad came into my room the other day like "what's this rubbish?" and then took the piss out of their name so I looked up where they got it from... Ben Gibbard got the name from some Beatles film. Think it was the title of a song in it or something.

 

 

 

Edit: Wikipedia says "Gibbard took the band name from the title of the song written by Neil Innes and Vivian Stanshall and performed by their group, the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band, in The Beatles' 1967 film, Magical Mystery Tour." :thumbup:
