    It's been said so many times before, why would the government have no problem killing a couple of college kids if they already killed 3,000 innocent people solely for insurance money which they weren't short of already. they need to get the public to fear them... If they want to have power

    I think resistence exercises are better than excercises that just test your strength. And remember to do sets of low numbers instead of just going for high numbers in a row (do five sets of 30 pushups instead of doing 150 in a row). It is better to let your muscles relax. :twss:

    area 51 does not exist anymore. It was moved due to too much contamination/radiation. Area 51 is now in some base in colorado.
