Well, at 57 summoning you can use kyatts for the fastest pouchmaking method (unless they make custom teleports, and even then it will only cut each run by maybe 3 seconds), so once you know what you want to make, just buy maybe 5 kyatt pouches, and maybe 100 dueling rings and go ahead. You mean edict's, right? And the reason in reality is because the Plauge City series is far older then the myreque series. The reason ingame is probably because Guthix will take care of the evil the Death Guard is bringing when it comes.

I can think of 3 reasons, one, it is the second summoning secondary of an ice titan, two, it is the only secondary of a geyser titan (a very good familiar) and 3, it is a crucial component of water tiaras, which when enchanted work as a waterskin for all the water runes placed into it divided by 3.

Well, if that was true, i could see how this could be abused, just start a game with rune essence (not pure) in pouches and inventory and aircrafting gloves, complete the first round as normal until the double experience starts and then craft all the essence for 20 experience per essence.

dosen't the amount of damage you do to it become based on your farming level? If so, then you could try powertraining farming. If that isn't the case, just try training strength. May i ask why you want to finish the quest?

An interesting idea, but wouldn't this entirely defeat the purpose of combination runes?
