SOme people are overly sensitive. NOT being able to talk about such subjects is in my opinion an act of immaturity, as one "blocks" out certain subjects blindly. Well perhaps not immature, but damned narrow-sighted.

Why are ppl mentioning the "x" options at all? It's not like they sped up the training. All the "x" option did was slow down the training, but on the other hand making it "easier" to do since there are fewer clicks, thus less concentration is needed and more ppl actually bothered to train the skills. So you're saying "tan X" amount of hides is slower than the old way? and "smith X" is slower than old way?

Its just a bigger gap between p2p and f2p rc'ing now :P

Lies, you didn't play rsc, definatly not when rune was released. I've been thinking the same. When rune was released pretty much every decent player could afford it after selling some gear. the crowd at the champs guild kind of proved it hehe. I had VERY LUCKILY (clicked randomly when the rune long spawned again and bought it, saving me hours of waiting) all the buyable rune on the first day it launched (leggings, medium if i remember correct, chain and long) spent all my money on that day which was roughly 100k. but hey :P theres alot of people out there with personal versions of "back thaN" lol :^o :P

me hates when hohto is correct :notalk: :P forgot all about rune miners yeah. my mate fusion7 told me he's still living off the money he made when rune ores went at staggering prices

Higher status amongst "newer" players. They will be more liable to do deals with you, than with others, as the p-hat is also a symbol of $$$. I think P-Hat is symbol of people being clever back in the old days, and keeping them instead of dropping lol, like "meh.. blue phat -,-, i prefer have bronze plate *drop*" lol i sold a white one for 1k like 5mins after i did the cracker thingy :P

agreed. I was having hell a hard of time to get 50k for rune 2h now give me 5 mins and i have it lol >.< annoying, but so true :D *random thing by me :anxious: * Yeah exactly. I mean, now you can pretty much enter your bank, point at some nice monster drops, and high alch 10 of those, and BANG, you got 50-100k :P

wtf. you wanna compare COAL? how can u compare rs1 coal to rs2 coal? why did you leave out the cert/uncert fact? 50k coal is harder to get on rs1 than 1.15m coal. why? because there is notes on rs2. and if u believe 10 mil is easier to get on rs1 than 230mil on rs2, why the hell were the people with 10mil extremely famous on rs1, and the ones with 230mil on rs2 totally unimportant ?`well theres one reason I can think of... the fact that getting 10mil on rsc always has, and still is hard to get. like meili said, there was 10x more clicking, and the time u used on rs1 to get 10 mil, u could easily get 230 mil on rs2...

It is obvious you didn't play Runescape back before RS2, because to fail to have 3 Hit U on the list makes it foolish. He was one of the 2 top pkers ever. Plain and simple. Also, there are certainly alot of people who cheated and were banned on the list. Unfotunately, while many were my friends in the game, cheating does not make you famous. No one should be on a top list under false pretense. Just my thoughts... If Mat, is Mathisfun, than he definitely has played RSC, and for a long time as well.

Chat censor to strict? Guess why... :roll: It hasn't always been like this you know. Once upon a time you could say fook a ji, and no one would notice, now u say "**** a ji", and everynone says lol. now the reason for this is probably some challenged children clicking around typing "fook this fook that" to get around the swear word which we all know what is (f**k). So the strict censor is , to sum it up, brought upon urselves. ----------- another thing. the people who feel the need to swear on runescape should seek help. I still don't get what makes people feel as if they have to swear on a chat, a chat where you'r brain sends messages via the nerve system to your hands, which than types out what you are thinking. that actually requires that you are aware of what you are writing. now if you are aware of what you are writing, there is no excuse such as "i accidentally swore too much", or "it just blurted out", as EVERY SINGLE WORD YOU ARE TYPING YOU ARE PERFECTLY AWARE OF!!! now if some of u get a pop on the mouth by mommy and daddy for cursing, it shouldn't mean you have to take it to RUNESCAPE and let off steam by excessively TYPING swear words, I capitalize on TYPING, as you are TYPING and not TALKING. if you absolutely must swear, than mutter it out loud, so that next time I make a char in an online game, I dont have to get half of the name censored because of some foolish dimwits who couldnt control their spasmic cramps. now with that said i'm off to get drunk , byebye :twisted:

Secondly, he bought/sold RS gp since he started. So why should he be admired at all? Where did you get that "information" from? Since duke freedom was about level 20 i've known him. Just because he had the ability to manipulate the market as he seemed fit together with mctavish doesn't mean he bought and sold on eBay.
