Well, idk when I try to open it during SK it says, ERROR CANNOT OPEN PAINT and closes SK. I searched for it on my comp and it doesn't exist. ... lol

Explain why someone needs the explain reason behind their opinions told. Because if they rate me so low like 3/10, I would like to know why.
