I think this all depends on your combat lv, I can go to FOG and get enough tokens for RC gloves in 10minutes.

Worker Roaches are better... I make about 85k cash and 23k exp a hour there...Soldiers are like 70K casg and 18k exp wow I never knew workers were better to train on.

I been cutting in Rimmington and selling to general store, works great!

Im F2p first off. Currently 82 almost 83. I would like to lvl up as fast as possible. And I don't care about banking logs. I see that most people use willows in draynor and bank, however it always so busy there any where else to wc? Or even with it being busy is it still fast?
