I've recently acquired for my use a weight bench with a barbell, dumbell and a bunch of weight plates around 200lbs. I was wondering if anyone here could give me an outline or something of a basic routine for me to do. For now at least I just want something for general fitness with no real goal except getting into shape for football when I get to High school next year. Will probably start doing some sort of running if the weather warms up a bit and am currently looking for a decent priced treadmill so that the weather doesn't effect me in that regard. Along with that I work at a farm 2 evenings a week doing general chores. Some infromation I figure you might want at sometime or another: Height: 5'4" Weight: 150lbs Age: 15 Can with effort life about 50lbs, haven't tried anything heavier that I can think of and I regularly have to carry 18kg (approx. 40lb) bags of cat litter. After that there is nothing I really think I should add. If you need anything else ask and I'll answer to the best of my ability.

Warband is quite a good game and if I had the money in a way I could use it I would purchase it for the $5 or so they want right now.

Granted, the year changes to 1989 yet it is still the year after this one meaning that you can't see that in theatres and we have the same technolodgy. I wish that I had more time to do things, because of no longer needing sleep or suffering ill effects because of that.

Currently playing Assassin's Creed 3 story, The Sabotuer story and Black ops 2 online. Last got Assassin's Creed 3, Halo 4, Sniper Elite V2, Far Cry 3, and The Sabotuer.

Black Ops 2, a game I've had since the day it came out and haven't even prestiged on yet. Heck, I'm getting passed by friends who had to rent it before they got it for Christmas.

Granted, it now takes up 90% of the room and you are required to sleep on top of it and do anything else you may of wanted to do elsewhere in the room on it. Along with this the desk is immpossible to organize. I wish that my bluetooth keyboard would work more efficiently than it is right now.

Love boxing day sales and christmas gift card. Went shopping today and got 2 xbox games, a new controller, and 4 books for 15 dollars out of my own pocket. Still need to find or order a copy of Farcry 3 though which will set me back $40 plus tax at ebgames cause of boxing week sales.

Had a good Christmas myself and got lots of nice stuff. Think I'm looking forward for boxing day sales more.

Granted, we all get what you wish for, except you. You end up having your house with all the presents you were receiving burn down on Christmas Eve. Then all of your friends are out of town and you left your wallet in your house so you can't even get a motel room to stay in. You have a merry-less Christmas on the streets going to a homeless shelter for Christmas dinner, being the last in line they run out just before you so you end up with some cheap macaroni and cheese. The holidays end so you can go to the bank and get a new card and some money out, and get a hotel room. Unfortunately you look so scruffy from your three days on the street that they call security right away. You finally get a nice solid roof and guaranteed meals but you are in prison. Some big guy named Steve has decided that you are going to be his new prison buddy, not a wonderful new year either. I wish that I could have x-ray vision for use on boxes and such.

Granted, it makes 1 cent more and they lose it due to some stupid surcharge or lawsuit that causes it to make even less money. I wish that I had 10 grand today, no questions asked.

Read others thoughts. I like to have luck but I feel that if I was able to bend it to be always good it would be taking advantage of it. Would you rather spend weeks stranded one 4chan or weeks reading retarded tweets.

It was pretty good and actually was one of the only movie remakes I've ever seen that actually came close to improving the story.
