I thought the point of Legacy/PVP improvements was to cater to the guys who quit for OSRS, which would explains B0aty's presence. Woox/iTrolledU/Smokey are more PVM-geared players, too.

First thought: Whoooh! I'm glad I supported him! Second thought: this could indicate that Zaros won't ultimately die, seeing as that would most likely grant a percentage of the players a boss-fight that would make Nomad seem like a goblin... What if Azzanadra dies first? :P I wish Jagex would be more willing to make us pay for our consequences, though. Support Zaros in FOTG, and fight a specific boss in a later quest; sabotage him, and fight a different boss with different mechanics/difficulty.

Not exactly something a Whovian would like to hear though :P

TokKul-Zo -> less than 4 seconds to a bank Captain's Log -> less than 12 seconds to a bank Granted, switching to the Lunar spellbook is probably just as fast as using the wicked pouch, thanks to the wicked hood, and the switch to the Ancient spellbook probably takes all of 20 seconds more with the spectres. Switching between curses and prayers probably takes an additional 20 seconds comparing the wicked pouch to the digsite necklace. Don't forget that to use the wicked hood, spectres or digsite necklace, you still have to get to the bank first lol.

And yet xpx's own ideal loop crew as discussed earlier in this very thread that everyone agreed to in the end specifically had 5 instead of 6 sf in order to have 1 wisp as it had greater use in more voyages. xpx's ideal crew involves using the wisp on single-stat seafaring voyages to cap speed. You'd wouldn't go out of your way to hire a wisp, and if you did hire one, it'd be dead last on a list of priorities. It's a terrible crew member that is terribly situational. Doesn't look like it.

He's hired and kept the engineers for lulz because he's an engineer irl, but it doesn't look like he's putting them on voyages anymore. What he's asking is how to optimise the use of only 21 crew slots as opposed to the full 25. There's not much wiggle room and the best he could do with that is to switch one morale basic with a merchant. P.S. 800 speed is just as useless as 5000 speed, so he's not getting "done out of 4200 speed". Also your suggestion to hire a wisp is bad.
