The most I can help you with is to tell you to stall adrenaline between kills, if you aren't doing that already. What I do is after the kill, I go down the stairs, and once I click on the coffer, I use anticipation a tick before I hit the coffer. I then search it and send everything to the bank, then hit the quick-start option -> spacebar -> 1. Yes Then I open the defensives tab and spam Freedom so that as soon as I transfer to the QBD instance I'll be back in combat without adrenaline loss. After that the next time your character goes out of combat stance, use devotion to return to combat stance (you won't spend any adrenaline doing this). By the time this ends, you should be able to start the battle again.

I just wish the Sixth Age would unfold faster with more significant quests and developments. You know, pieces of content that have big implications throughout the game. Of course, given that they've said that they have a decade's worth of plans for it, I doubt we'll see lots of action over a short span of time.

If this promotion proves to be popular enough they might just extend it like the Slayer promotion we had last year :P

You do realize that in a game like RS, these sorts of things-- the devaluation of previous achievements-- are completely inevitable, right? I think his main gripe is that it springs from a pay-to-win mechanic rather than an actual training content.

All their retcons and wiggle room are really starting to piss me off, it's like they don't really have as solid an idea for their lore as I once thought they did.
