Useful triples are Architect Terracotta and Standard 6 Bones. If you run the Blackwater Hull for either of these then yes, the speed boost from Wisps will be useful. For CS doubles, Wisps are equivalent to standard crew, but with an extra Solidarity bonus from JoD. If not running a JoD on the ship, Wisps will cover the speed requirement.

In the Loop, the triple missions are Pure Chimes, 6 bones, or the Architect's Terracotta voyage. Not much use for Oxheads in most cases.

What if you're sending ships on long voyages? 14h30m voyages would matter if they were an hour or two longer because those wouldn't fit as well into your daily pattern (if you send it at 7pm, and it comes back at 930am, you may have already left for work).

Tier 75... I get what you are saying that it won't be as good. The closer you get in tiers the more desired it becomes. The availability will help smooth over the desire for virtus wand and book thus dragging the price down a little because the demand wontbe so harsh. With that said it will help to drive down the price of others. The people with less money will opt for abyssal wands and orbs than for virtus wands and books for the mean time. I think mine(few pages back) was 3.5k at 19%. But it all starts going uphill from there. I've gotten the Rudder and one Terracotta Merchant at 11%, but all the bigger voyages are coming in now and I'm averaging around 70% success with a JM/TCM. Probably better to get Loop Crew at this point? Or should I look into ship upgrades (cannons)?
