I don't think there's a need to know exactly what he was muted for, but rather that his last video was enough of a tipping point for Jagex to can the whole event, at least for now. Never thought we'd get to the point where someone had 200M all skills, much less that something like this would even happen when he did lol.

Last few hours have felt really surreal, lol. Jagex wanted to throw a party/celebration for a milestone achievement (of sorts) and because said player makes a very disparging video the plug gets pulled really close to the time. Not criticising Jagex's decision though, but this turn of events just feels very sudden and spur-of-the-moment (though not unwarranted).

Exactly, they should never have included the possibility of content updates at any voting tier. To say they're bringing back a copy of the old game for the old school feel, and then add on updates produced by a team with 6 more years of experience is, for a lack of better term, typical JLogic.

You can definitely get started on progressing through the regions, so do so immediately. More adventurers will turn up as you get more 90s but the bulk of your time would be spent on progressing through regions so get started on that.

Make jagex pay for Jake's unworthy trip :P Watch out, Jagex might debit the fee from suomi's account balance :P

Believe me people will complain if you put the status globes next to the minimap. Remove the percentage for all I care; so long as the toggle is there, that is what matters. That's what people will complain about. Do you want the quickpray globe with that too? They'll realize that the usability it adds outweighs any of their nostalgia-induced anger. No, I don't want the prayer, hp, or any other globes that are there. Part of the core mechanic of combat was to look at your HP icon as well as your prayer icon and switching between your inventory and weapon screen for the special. Yes, it adds usability but it changes how the game works Likewise, it's not too hard to click on the options screen and hit the run button, or even just hold the Ctrl key. Even if it doesn't persist between login sessions, you just need to toggle it once and you're set to run, and you only need to re-toggle it after you inevitably run out of energy.

And I noticed that after hitting the post button :razz: Probably meant to represent the player character, since Jagex thinks Torva + Godsword (and nothing else) is the top-tier equipment Don;t be silly Jagex doesn't show players in the top gear they show players in perfectly average gear because everyone has thousands of millions to buy nex gear and in no way shape or form are most average players wearing t70 gear. Remember, top-tier player gear is either Torva with dual rune longswords, or Pernix with Akrisae's mace.

The table states that 500k+ votes will give 2007scape the anti-bot and anti-goldfarming technology, as well as regular content polls. I thought those were initially pegged at the 750k mark?
