I think people who hold parties after reaching level 99 are generally (but not necessarily) the more well-off types who, after spending lots of time working to 13034431, feel satisfied and happy, and want to share their joy by holding a drop party. It's not like they want renumeration for getting a 99 - no one really expects to be paid for levelling their own account - but rather that they just want others to be able to share in their happiness.

You don't? Some of the tracks seem pretty specialized, although I haven't been able to set foot in it yet. Yeah that worried me at first, but it's not the case, some guys have gotten their capes back already.

There's 6 new songs in Burthorpe randomly, tele to the home tele thing and they all unlock. They were the 7 I had missing (in addition to the 10ish dg ones, 1 dom tower and qbd one I've not bothered with yet) 5 new tracks were added during last week's "no update week". This update added 7 new songs, and you only unlock one of them, "Bounty", when doing the tutorial. Waiting for the track to end does not trigger a new unlock.

It looks like Decimation, the Crucible Bow, has an attack rate of 1.2s (same as throwing knives, rapid). That's pretty insane ...

^ Yeah, their stats look really underwhelming. serious? 500K? [bleep] that. That's a disgusting money sink for PvP. I can see this turning into dead content easily. From the article it doesn't look like a sink, it's a fee that you pay on entry, and on death part of it goes to your opponent in addition to anything you drop. And if you abandon the arena then you forfeit the fee, which your opponent receives in full.
