I haven't used it much, team I was on only used it on Zaros phase but that seemed to go markedly faster. But most likely never on Blood Phase, and better on smaller teams.

Potential for two new complementary skills to be released together. Some new developments involving Zaros - well obviously. Graphical updates for some old areas. RuneScapey Olympics stuff (cheeserolling wat, resource collection). 10 Year Vet cape post-July release. More voice acting. And finally some stuff about opportunities for industrial attachments to Jagex where you'll be in player support and getting yelled at by raging 12 year olds.

I think you can just use your first case of Mugger vs Murray (which is free) to unlock the Judge and Jury track. Finishing all the cases is a Trim req, not for regular.

Beat the Phoenix, then leave the cave using the Escape option. If you're lucky, you'll stumble into a bunch of phoenix eggs. It's extremely rare though, so it's no surprise you haven't gotten one yet :P
