i would have to say the egg because a chicken egg is an egg that has a chicken inside of it;therefore, whenever the evolutionary line was crossed deeming whatever was inside the egg a chicken its egg must be deemed a chicken egg or else it would not have a chicken in it edit--thats sounds really confusing ill try to make it make sense for the chicken to come first it would have to come out of a non chicken egg, however whatever egg it came out of would be a chicken egg because it had a chicken in it. though it depends on what names an egg is a chicken egg an egg a chicken lays or an egg a chicken comes out of? that would decide the whole thing

thats works really well if the burgular isnt about to turn into a murderer or rapist and i would imagine a lot of gun injuries occur when the owners fight back because they are taking a stand and probably shooting the guy thats breaking the law plenty of criminals will just kill someone they find in the house to prevent witnesses

so true hopefully panels will become cheap enough to gain wide spread private use, getting around the oil company and political blockage

Actually state allowed legal marriages are the proper solution to this I agree with you, which is whats starting to happen in America. It is a shame that everyone wants to force it to be a religious argument when it is so much easier to get gay marriage legalized if you just go on secular law

Ill take a barbaric practice over an advanced death thank you very much Also to deal with the whole effectiveness of mace thing. Mace would function effectively for close range self defense, provided you are also trained in martial arts to capitalize on the few seconds of the attacker being stunned. If you just spray them and run you better hope you out run them since they will be able to recover as they chase you. Mace is useless at range and pretty useless if someone is half crazy and charging with a knife. Finally, pulling a gun is pretty detering to anyone about to attack you.

you do realize that good hunters put a bullet straight through the heart which is near immediate death, thats pretty humane. Before you say how people can make bad shots and gut shot animals, yes it does happen, but i would say its just as bad if not worse in the meat factories. Also I would say the animal that is in the woods its hole life then in pain for say 5 seconds has a much better life then something raised on a farm and fattened up for food btw mace wont do you much good if the person is 10 feet away(down a hall)

You realize that a marriage is only legal with a marriage liscense? The church ceremony is just that, a ceremony. Its pretty clear you dont actually care about anyones rights, since you are saying religion should be controlled and have its beliefs chosen. If you want to say that a religious institution doesnt have the right to its own beliefs then I say you arent allowed to speak your mind without being incarcerated, that the government should have complete control of everyones thoughts, and everyone should be required to become the same religion. Thats what your encouraging, saying that freedom of religion means nothing as the government should be controlling the churches. Sounds like you are encouraging communism which is exactly what America is not. and where do you get off saying you are "putting up with a church that doesnt pay tax" does the church come use its tax exempt money to protest at your house or something because thats the only way i think they could be bothering you.

first off saying that we shouldnt have guns because not everyone is an expert just means that we need to make sure people that have conceal and carry permits are better trained with their guns yes crime is still going to happen but personally If someone is going to try to rob me im going to stop them with anything at hand. thetruenoob--yes im serious both are issues of what people have the right to do even though others feel such things should be/remain illegal Do I need to explain the concept of freedom of religion? Also churches are tax exempt because almost all of a churches money comes from what most people would consider donations(collections in church, church festivals, stuff like that). To tax churches would mean people would be donating money to the state. Please explain to me also why someone would want to get married in a church that is being forced to marry them? Unless they want to do it just out of spite in which case they are just getting married to make the church mad, killing the whole purpose of allowing the marriage. Before you start saying im being judgemental actually think about that for a second. If a church openly opposes gays or at least wont marry them why would a gay couple want to be married there when they would get the same legal rights from a marriage at the local court house?

to say churches should have to marry gay couples is completely ridiculous. Gay couples should be allowed to get married through the state just like everyone else, but saying churches should be required to marry them is saying that freedom of religion means you have freedom to be controlled. Even couples that get married in churches still have to get a liscense for the marriage to be recognized so the actual ceremony has no "official" value. If there is a religion/church that will marry gay couples then I would say good for them. Also to say churches would have to perfrom gay marriages against their morals is like saying that everyone has to smoke marijuana because some people think it should be allowed. Before you say that isn't a relevant example realize that gay marriage and marijuana are not allowed/illegal(in most areas);therefore, they are close enough to be compared

The point hes making is the world is already overpopulated and straining its resources so we dont really need to keep driving the population up. (lets be honest a lot of people that have children shouldnt have made them) Uh oh. Get out the incinerators guys... we've got some donkeys to cull. I suppose by this logic, heterosexual couples who choose not to have children are also 'wrong'? In fact, how about a couple in which one or both members are sterile or incapable of having children? I've been wondering that for a while. the whole argument of people needing to have kids is just designed to use against homosexuals. If you were actually going to say people should only do what makes kids then its immoral to be single, asexual, or surgically sterilized.

if no citizens had guns what is to stop the government from sending in the army and saying no more voting. Look at countries like north Korea, do you think it would be a dictatorship if the citizens could fight the army? The second amendmant in America was put in place to prevent the government from using the army on civilians

I would say that sexual orientation doesnt matter, the only problem is like the examples said before where people try to show their "pride" by causing problems for other people
