That really is debunked by WGS though as the history of the Stone shows us there were gods in the realm and Guthix found Gielinor and sort of took pity on it. See I was wondering that too. My friend had brought up that they look very much alike. Possibly Zammy/Zaros' response to Sara bringing/creating them was to take some or create their own.

I got to 90 WC without even realizing it back in the day. Just kept collecting maples and yews for the money. It's not that hard to just run a skill and not care about level. The question is rather under developed though... There are many many people tht will just happen to get a level when they did not know they were close. My last 3 magic lvls were from just using teleport to get around EVERYWHERE and the random attack on an NPC. And at 82 I still have never ground the skill. In truth I think the only skills I have actively trained were RC and farming.

Ok first off anyone who doesn't want to see spoilers leave now >_> Now that that is out of the way I have a simple question. What creatures do you think are native to Gielinor? As we know Goblins were brought to it by Bandos to conquer and spread his message of power. Humans were brought by Guthix because he saw the potential they could have on the world. It seems Vampyres might be some sort of corrupted human or Mahjarrat (ok sort of a guess). But really there are not many species that have any significance in the world that are native. We have no idea about Elves as they talk of their "homeland" a few times. Gnomes seem to have some secrets but they live for so darn long... The Dragonkin we know were seemingly created to watch over the lands for Jas which makes them at this point from Gielinor. We learn from Evil Dave that Hell anything comes from somewhere else which logically says demons come from there as well. So what really besides the unknown that were wiped out are really native to the lands? Who possibly survived by falling into subservience of the Kin and dodged the God Wars? The only agreed is TzHaar are from Gielinor because they were born from the volcano.

If you read the God Letters he states that though he doesn't desire followers, he realizes that there are those who would follow his ways. Why he chose to populate Gielinor is really a bit of a mystery, but it certainly wasn't to be worshipped. I get where you are coming from with that but honestly that's like accepting something without anything but the most absolute proof behind it. And if you really want to push that there are plenty of ways to show worship, heck by tilling the land, taking dominance over it and helping keep it alive is a way to worship Guthix (gratitude thing). Every god wants followers Guthix just does not want direct and over zealous ones (like the Sara and Zam followers).

Doesn't sound like it's "disgusting". Perhaps it's just not technically possible. That's the thing with many of these updates - one of the major reasons that we moved to the new RS2 engine was so that POH could be properly supported. The trick with planning is that things change. Before you go on a rant about how easy it is to program something like that, stop to consider the technical limitations before going off on Jagex. Why not just add whatever coding they made for the "friends" list, and just make it say "clan list". That alone would add more clan support than there is currently. Clan chat just isnt the same because the only way you can restrict non-clan mates from joining is by having the people on their friends list, which limits the clan chat leader either to a low number of non-clan friends or a low number of clan members. Or do like the smart clans do and create a dead account simply for housing the clan list... In any case it is nice to remember that they do keep up with what they plan. Shows real longevity and commitment to the popular ideas.

For the love of... Ok look back when RS Clasic was the main RS the biggest quests were Legends and Underground Pass (and Dragon Slayer I guess) There was not much thought to the gods other then there were three different ones and three different view points. In truth the biggest alignment options were sara or zammy ammys and the prayer books. Think about it there was not much known about Guthix for a LOOOOONG time and only recently was he even given the power that he really has (though honestly the ability to bless both symbols with his book gives some hint) Over all it was just the original ideas made when they had no clue which direction to go. In order to keep something for nostalgia's sake they added a disclaimer and said "hey this is what you need to know now" Heck going by that it is questioned why the Zammy and Sara followers dislike Guthix short of his "can't we all just get along" persona.

If it were not intended to be a Sphere why would there be a globe shape to all the representations in game (PoH, Crazy old man's house) if anything they will have 2 continents and a large island. The Desert will extend further below to a point. There will be the mystical Eastern Lands that everyone is hoping for (I really hope 150 is tied to this). The Elven homelands (the large island) And possibly a More Southern continent. Stop worrying about the wilderness that is just where the God Wars centered, hence the absolute dead zone of it all. If the wildy lines extended farther up (beyond new wildy content... yeah right) then they would extend to the east and west and revs would be tormenting your kingdom to no end. Not to say that Jagex is gull of geographical experts but all sandy deserts fall around 30 degrees lat. If they even somewhat model the world after our own this could give an idea of what is available. AND TO EVERYONE ARGUING OVER "IT'S A PLANE" They meant Plane of existence. If you did meeting history you know [hide=Spoiler]Humans are not native to this world and were brought here by the almighty Guthix to work the land into something he deemed respectable. (Plus like all gods his ego got a bit in the way and wanted something else to worship him beyond what might already have.)[/hide] In reality there are too many possibilities. When Canifis was added the river flooded the area bordering it causing the roads to be unusable and we did not know about the trap door yet.

I got lucky with my first venture onto PVP and after a few hours snatched up some Prayers. Is it worth it to grind up d-bones and stack up some slime to use them at the ecto? or should I just finish pushing to the con lvl for a guilded? (I hate con so like 10 lvls though thats not hard to get)

3.5m cash pile 1m MTK and somewhere around 90m in item value. (I can't keep liquid assets at all :P)

I killed a random guard who didn't like me taking gems from the stall and got a clue. Here were the results Wish I would have screenied the prize page but I wasn't paying attention when I got it and clicked away. =\ PZ. Ignore the runes those are just what I use to tele about.
