It's actually a rare site for me to NOT see that gear at least once every task. Sure, but how often do you see 2 at the same place/time? Im talking about the exactly same outfit. Yeah, I see the base of the outfit everywhere, but people have different boots/ammy's/shields. Me and his were identical.

Did anyone try that? I heard you get a 5k exp lamp from the museum for one.

I dont think its to raise people's level's for dungeoneering, atleast I hope not. If its for dungeoneering, then why make all skills easier to get for those who dont want to do dungeoneering? In the end, it will make exp come faster, which makes them need to pay less for membership to gain the same experience as people who played earlier. What I think the point of these is, is to make levels 90-99 feel like less of a grind. Jagex have had some interviews lately where they go on and on about MMO's being too grind oriented and how grinding exp and medieval gameplay doesnt fit together (even though thats what Runescape is.) In any case, I think there will be an update soon where combat skill exp will be *nerfed* so to speak. (As in getting big amounts of combat exp through skilling possibly)

Jagex cant block everything, even though some people seem to think they can. There will always be SOMETHING that sneaks past the filter.

I get a bad feeling about the final message when using the lamp. What if by giving knowledge to these effigies, we are giving knowledge to the dragonkin. It would explain the "You gain exp in ...., but at what cost?" after using the lamp.

They arent common, havent gotten one from my Dark Beast task yet.

The game seems to run smoother for me after the update, then I walked into the GE. Lagged like bloody murder and tried to take out a few things for my bank:

The orb of oculus can save positions. Pretty epic for fast paced zoom-shots. (It can do the zoom-thing from the Dungeoneering trailer jagex released, where the camera would bounce around the dungeon.) Also RIP people buying D Scims for 120k.

I kinda agree. Not knowing the reward is one of the things I like about Holiday Events. Doing this is kinda like saying the rewards for a quest before the quest is even out.

Pretty cool. Friend of mine was there and recorded the emote part for me since I was too busy to make it.

A few days ago my luck kicked in. Got a Dragon Skirt drop, then a Visage later in the task. I did a clue afterwards and was rewarded with 1,6m in stuff. The next day I got my first Dark Bow on task and a G Maul as well. Im not expecting to get anything special for a while now though. :P

Spec transfer doesnt work if the player is in combat I think. Remember them changing it to that a while ago. Im just going to say congrats though. I didnt go to castle wars to see the carnage, but I doubt it was a walk in the park getting that many kills with alot of people doing the same.

I chose pumpkin seeds even though I knew it wouldnt win (due to lack of f2p farming). Would have liked a mummy costume as well, but I know they would somehow make it ugly. :P I guess Bone Brooch is k. I wanted it before the Orb of Oculus came out for us in video's, now its just gonna get thrown in my bank to rot together with my easter ring.
