What Game(s) Did You Last Get and What Are You Playing?
Well,i was going to download Super Meat Boy, but a certain SNES gamee involving ghouls and ghosts has me throwing my classic controller at the wall, smashing it, after dieing 25 times on the exact same level, so now i have to go buy a new one <_< Now seriously, that game must have the worst jump mechanics ever. It's good to know some things evolve. Mmm, maybe i can squueze the extra 10 bucks if iplan this month well enough...

18-Oct-2010 - Partying is Such Sweet Sorrow (Halloween 2010)
I'd agree on the "very rose has it's thorn", but the Death Clock one, coupled with it already being in the game for 1, and maybe even 2 years, it's pretty far farfetched

Does she need to use ancient song to turn in Step forme or can't she just turn into Step forme before combat, because if the latter is the case in hand, i can see this coming ni handy: Meloetta (step forme)@Lum Berry/Life Orb 252 att, 252 Spe, 4 Hp -Claw Sharpen -Close Combat -Shadow Claw -Stone Edge After one claw sharper, i think Stone Edge gets perfect accuracy and she gets a tremendous type coverage. It could work with some support.

Point taken, but still taking up to 50% of your health by simply switching is downright unfair, heck even 25% seems a bit too much. a 50% nerf would be appreciated.

This is from smogon's Hail entrance for Gen 4. Plus, unless it has completely skiped through me, Rapid spin still doesn't eliminate anything if the hit doesn't land, there was some suspicion because of the new item called "aiming mark", which suposely made every attack hit, despite type immunities, but it works in reverse, as in the ghost had to be holding it for a rapid spin to work in there, so unless you make a tricking Starmie, not gona make Rapid Spin any more efficient than it is now. That, and like i said before, Sashes aren't that frequent aside from leads (maybe related to SR, but i think it's more due to switch in problems), and most teams have priority squeezed in somewhere. I guess there would be an increase in usage, but not by much. Also, ther is no denying loosing 25%, or even 12% of your health by simply switching in is outrageous. Going as far as renegating any Fire type but Infernape and Heatran to UU or NU. Charizard would be a very viable, and even great pokemon in OU would it not be for Stealth rock.

There are enough priority users to break sashes. Steal Rock is horribly overpowered, to the point of renegating many pokemon to UU and even NU, since they loose 50% of their health by only coming in. That and it's not like Rapid spin is that widespread, only a select few can use it and even fewer can use it properly. And like you said, every other entry hazard has some kind of drawback, but stealth rock? It's omniprescent, completely overpowered and absolutely no drawback. So unless they nerf it to 25% max or 12.5% max, i can't see how it is a "Fair, balanced" move. Also, Only Ice types are immune to hail, Water and Steel types all get hit by it. So yeah, there are enough tools for everyone to break sashes without using a move that completely cripples some pokemon that otherwise would be mainstays in OU.

Aparently Smogon is making Stealth Rock a "Clause only" move, like double team. All i can say is THANK HEAVENS! I friggin hate Stealth rock and what it has done to the metagame. Too bad it took an entire gen to understand that.

Maybe the PoH had some kind of problem and got delayed or something, unlikely but it's a possibilty nonetheless

Pokemon Thread
It has, but it's not worth it for a while, everyone is using Choice Band Onokurusu, Specs Sazandora and Nattorei+Burunkero walling combo to destroy everything. Not only that, but fi you want to bring in Skarmory, you'll be greeted by a Shadow Tag Shandeleeza, which will fry you good. The only Past Gen pokemon to survive there is Chomp, Mence (which both broke Gen 4 metagame) and Scizor, which is still heavily crippled with Scarf Shandeleeza, so no dice for now. I'd wait for smogon to adopt the Gen 5 before going on other simulators.

Tip.It Times: October 10
They are the least popular activities but some are hugely popular? Wtf? That wasn't well planned out. Minigames vary in popularity. Some are very very popular, some are not. Pest Control is STILL pretty damn popular for the rewards, same with SC; also, Castle Wars has ALWAYS been popular; it's been popular long before they updated that minigame with some rewards. Even then, most of the rewards seem to only cater to people who want to play castle wars in the first place. If people played for rewards, why has Castle Wars ALWAYS been so popular? Let's see.... there's a difference between making a player view the tutorial and playing the actual minigame. And how in the HELL do you get the idea that Soul Wars is underused? The quest was a ploy to get players to play an underused minigame that has HUGE crowds on the main world for it due to the experience reward? The article makes no sense, goes on about how some (POPULAR) minigames are unpopular and how we are forced to do them for quests. Frankly, what's wrong with ONE damn Soul Wars game for the questcape? Or just viewing the tutorial? I hardly feel these were forced upon us. Nor do I feel it was a ploy to make us play the game. Oh, and I saw no rant when a quest required us to do a round of barrows.... But the biggest issue is I see with the article is that.....There is (in my opinion) absolutely nothing wrong with the small amount of mini-gaming Jagex is making us do in quests. Oh, and I'm quite pleased that my void now has a prayer bonus, useful since I only use it at td's. Anyways, the whole quest REVOVLES around the storyline of the Pest Control minigame, so why wouldn't we see some of that minigame in the quest o_o The author has the right to his opinion, but....I pretty much completely disagree with it. I am quite enjoying the fictional series that's running :) Not much to say about it except that I like it. This sums up my opinions on the first article, it was one of the worst articles in recent memory for me.

None. Not even the one that would have been a perfect Luvdisk evo. I'm really disappointed in that. I would have loved some more evos. God knows Dunsparce needs it. Farfetch'd desperately needs an evolution as well. I think Farfetch'd is more of an inside joke than anoything else. I meand, look at him, then at the name, then back at him. Now tell me that wasn't some kind of joke, specially when he gets more and more nerfed each generation. I say Spinda also needs an evolution, but yeah, dunsparce is the one to need it badly. That and Luvdisc. How in hell isn't Mamanbou a Luvdisc evo?
