This. I remember around a year ago when I played runescape and posted in the forums I would spread "pro" and "L" and "fail" everywhere I went, 'cause I thought it was hilarious. Nowadays, it pisses me off whenever I see someone mention those words. Not sure why, it just does. Anyways I try to not get angry at these people, and luckily I haven't seen these words around as much as I did a couple months ago. EDIT: What's wrong with compfreak? All he does is post his opinion and let people interpret it themselves. And most of the time he's right, and has empirical data to back it up.

I'd really recommend you try out a tutorial before you start mucking around, they can help a lot. Although what program you have really depends on what tutorial I should find, so it would be nice if you could tell us :P

Alright, so if I wanted to do that, I would have to fight 126 Haunter's for special attack, 101 Dugtrio's for speed, and 27 Azumarill's for HP? According to serebii these guys all give 2 in only their stats and are also common in their area. Macho Brace halves speed but doubles EVs, so you may want to look into that. So I was correct, except those numbers would be halved if I used a macho brace? And do EV's work if I use exp share?

Kind of random, but this was my very first experience in HD. I was doing Plunder the morning of the release of HD, and when I saw the countdown timer and everyone in the hyt chat going "GUIZE CHECK MANE PAGE ITS HD!!!!!@1;GJFLGJ;FGAJ" I was like "lol, yeah right" and checked and was like " :shock: "! Then when the update came I was booted out of the pyramid, and went to HD and was like "holy crap this is awesome!" Then I went inside the pyramid, and found the friggin timer in the way of everything and never plundered in HD again because of that. And it took them till now to fix it :| Er..

Just found out that apparently I have to define 144 history terms by tomorrow. Well, there goes 5 hours of fun :(

Hey guys, I've got a question. I've read a bunch on EV's and IV's but I'm not sure I get it. I think what it means is if I had a Darkrai and wanted it to have high speed and special attack I would have to kill certain pokemon to boost that stat. Is this correct? Also, if so, how long should I fight that certain pokemon? Also, if you had a chance to fight someone, not knowing their team with no restrictions, what pokemon would you choose? Only things I've got settled so far are Darkrai and Tyranitar.

It really isn't that bad, but I'd recommend getting it to at least 60.

Wow, he picks all the characters with nice projectiles, lol. I'm assuming he spams his projectiles, so I would master your falco. Actually no. He kinda does with pit, but with young link it's mostly spamming his down air, with pit it's the left/right b and with lucario it's the down b :?

Alright, so my little brother's gotten pretty good at Brawl and I've started to have trouble beating him. Neither of us are what you would consider 'pro', but we are pretty good. We're casual players that have been playing quite frequently since the original super smash bros came out so we definitely know what we're doing in the game. My question is, which characters should I train on the most to beat him? We're pretty even skill-wise, except he mostly uses Toon Link, Pit, and Lucario and I use Sheik, Toon Link and Falco. Also, if you guys have any general tips that would be nice too :D
