I noticed that when the slowdown starts happening, the CPU usage shoots up to 100% and the memory usage goes down.

Hey, I'm having a problem. After 5-15 minutes of playing a game, it all of a sudden gets bad framerates. This happens on even older games like StarCraft. I don't know what the problem is. It only seems to happen when I am running games, even browser games like RS have the same issue. Things I've tried: -Checked my CPU and GPU for overheating. They are not overheating at all. -Alt-tabbing doesn't work. But no luck. Can someone help me? My computer can run games like AoE3 and Empire at War max settings no problem. My specs: AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2.0 GHz Single Core NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT 2 GB of RAM Windows 7 Ultamite (I do not believe it is my OS, as Windows XP had the same issue)

We were talking about Dell power supplies and how much they suck, and he started staring at my closet saying, "I don't....I don't know...give me a second....I don't know" Then he upchucked a little, and then he fell back and hit his head against the wall. He kept saying, "See....see....see....." My mom came in and took over from there since she's a medical professional. And she says she thinks it was a seizure, since he has a history of them.

My friend loves the game, he never stops talking about it. From what I've heard, it's a very good game, but very difficult. Challenging indeed. But the PvP aspect of it is very original and cool.

Sorry if this belongs in Tech and Computers, but it's a simple question: How do you make WIndows 7 not go into standby mode when you leave it for a while? I was trying to install Team Fortress 2 overnight, went into standby at 66% =.=

Fixed it! We just unplugged everything, and plugged it all back in, and it worked. YEAH! We gotta download the Antivirus, and then, Team Fortress 2 baby!

My brother tried installing the new video card and power supply. WHen we start up the computer, it just freezes. We can't figure out the problem. We think it's the motherboard. I got this GPU and power supply for absolutely nothing. Great, just freaking great. God this sucks.

Battle.Net Download still gets the error. I feel like I wasted $20 on a game that doesn't work

The graphics in GT5 amaze me. They look so real, I thought a screenshot of the game was actually real.

Alright, I'll try it. I'm out of options at this point. I even copied the files from the disc and installed it that way, still error.

I bought the StarCraft Battle Chest, and I can't install it. I keep getting this error: I've tried installing to a different location, and even going into the files of the disc and clicking the installer, but no luck. Help please? It's the disc version.

I was always more of a Quake guy, because I love the environments in it.

Too many people are playing engies now. Every server I'm on, there are at least 3. One server, there were 9 engies!

Only problem is, they are like 5 years older than me. Today when I walked past their house, one guy said, "I'm going to go off on this dude." I'm seriously getting to the point of just calling the police. These people need to get far away from this neighborhood. My brother agrees too. I wish I had a tape recorder, so I can get them on tape and show it to the police.
