On the list- The Tourist Trap. Apparently you take damage when you ride on the cart... other than this I think I can pass the quest.

There is lots to say. Things you didn't mention... How many times can you use oily silk? I would imagine that it's a one time use item. How much experience would you get..? Other things... First of all, potions are not stackable, so why make oily silk stackable? To be fair, we probably should not make them stackable. I think the effects should be across the board the same. Everything here has too much overkill. As far as making fire coated (or silky) weapons. If you want a good bonus, there should be a good trade-off. For instance, chance that a sword becomes damaged, etc. Fire arrows should not last after the appropriate time (because they're.. because they're made of wood? .. Good~) Anyway it's not like I support this but I just want to give you some feedback

Considering my stats ...most important thing is that I have 10hp, and I don't plan on raising my hp or defense at the moment. Check my sig for the rest of my stats. What P2P quests should I try? I probably can manage killing some enemies that are not too hard to kill. I can kill so long as I don't gain hp experience. I can complete a quest so long as I don't gain hp or def experience. I know it sounds convoluted, but I'm trying my best to remain at 10hp. anyway... Here are the P2P quests I've done (with 10 hp). Biohazard Death Plateau The Dig Site Druidic Ritual Dwarf Cannon Plague City Waterfall Quest Priest in Peril Working on: edit: theres no need to recommend quests that don't have monsters... I'm aware of most of those quests.

Leave no stone unturned. I keep on thinking of those mysterious stone statues. I'm pretty sure they're statues of the gods (read the god letters), but honestly some statues do not resemble sara, guthix, and zammy. I think this quest will involve the gods.

Just to note, this is in any way a debate whether the recently penguin update is good or bad.. just read along ;) Starting September 2nd, we have had a new way to gain xp in P2P. It's involved, but if you play it right, you can earn more xp from penguins than you could from genies (etc). I wonder, why this update? You can get 65k minimum gold or nearly 10k+ xp (or whole lots more) a week. Climb on any good clan chat and you probably can find 5 penguins in an hour. It's just a hunch, but could this mean that P2P will start seeing FEWER random events? I could be dead wrong on this, but it looks like it's heading in that direction.

I support, and have always supported, a free economy. At the moment xxxgod there is nothing you can do. When PvP worlds come out, I suggest you mine granite there. Then you can claim dominion.

Mining is perhaps the hardest non-combat skill to train and anyone with a 99 is worthy. In the past, I loathed people who had say... 40 mining and 80 smithing. Almost entirely from RWT or something of that sort. Now people buy their ores or bars, much more of a worthy cause. But my best regards go to the people who do it all on their own. I try as well, almost 70 mining :D

My suggestion, if you support the work of price manipulators, you should forward your claim directly to Jagex.

Need I say any more? Click high scores for any player, and within the list you will also be able to see when the player started runescape. When making a sig, the date should also be cross-referenced. I could see Jagex releasing a dragon pickaxe or something on that level. Mining is probably the last part of the game that has remained classic. Changing mining would change runescape. It's difficult to level because it allows a player.. even F2P.. access to making the strongest F2P armor in RS. It's quite an achievement and it's not for the weary.

I have the same error on my lap top and I have no clue how to fix it. I've uninstalled, installed, etc. I could have a different problem, but in my case, it just crashes with no warning. Anyway when I play RS on my laptop, I just use RS client (you can get it on the website). It runs off of IE, and it's stable. I can't solve the problem but I hope this helps. Just curious, what language is your Java in? Is it in English?

If you train magic, your combat level will go up. Do you mean HP?

You might want to start this out entirely on P2P. I got a 10hp ID that has 30+ in all stats with the exception of Defense and Prayer. It's all in the order of operations 1. Dummies (Varrock dummies first, then Burthorpe Dummies 2. 500xp, 1000xp, etc antique lamps (the lamps that give you a set number xp) 3. Quests & Achievement Diaries (Def. only quests?) --edit: include digsite quest 4. Bronze PP Dagger (to kill enemies for quests without gaining so much hp) 5. Genie Lamps / Tomes of Knowledge / Penguins (a genie lamp doesn't do much if your stat is really low)

This update made me reconsider ignoring construction! I went from 1 to 40 construction in little to no time, on my way to 50, complete with teleport portals and telescopes, etc. woohoo! I haven't heard any talk about penguins this week, anyone got a location?

Last summer GE didn't exist! It started November 26, 2007. Without GE, prices did fluctuate, but lots of the prices were age old staple prices (like 300 for a nature rune, 1k for a law rune). So there can be no coincidence, we don't have GE data to reflect on since it's only been in operation for less than 10 months. Progress so far. My magic and range has gone up slightly since I started this post. I think I was around 62. I'm a skiller at heart.. I've been working on making cash- however I did buy enough nats to high alc to level 64. I'll spend around 25k on the range guild next time. That should give me 64 range. I have an overall goal of 70 range. Magic is less important at the moment, but I'm still shooting for 70. Now that I have 38 attack (Thanks for the above post on the Waterfall Quest, I completely looked over that) I now have to reach my goal of 40 attack with only lamps. I'll get a level on my next tome or two lamps. Among other goals- 50 Construction 35+ Agility 70+ Mining 65+ Smithing

It's too bad that body talismans have gone so high in price (before GE you could get them for like 4 gold) If you can find enough, get an inventory of 14 body talismans and 14 tiaras- wear a body tiara. You can meld 14 tiaras per trip, and I think body tiaras are in plain abundance (just kill guards). I think I made my first 20 levels of RC in the first 4 or 5 trips.

I don't think there could be much to worry about. This could not be conceived as a way to help people with quests however. If I were to buy one of these, and someone charged 3k (max trade for F2P for instance), he could send me a completely blank note! This could turn out to be a bad idea...to for instance... someone creates a F2P account and start writing/sending threats to other players. Not in good taste... Maybe a flag should be raised when a person buys a specific 'flaggable' item. If the GE transaction is not suspicious, then no worries! And I wouldn't consider banning them. We have mute for people who use offensive language. We should have a three strikes GE ban on people who abuse the system [One week, One Month, One Year / Forever] .
