So my conclusion is, a smart newbie can find ways to make some money by range.

Not really needed tbh... Smithing and Runecrafting are both really limited. Smithing is only useful at 90-ish for rune, before then addy or below is useless. We can only make elemental and body runes in F2P, that's hardly "Making their own runes" where most magers will need death or chaos runes. No, I do not think F2P needs Fletching even a little bit, just buy the arrows, it's not that expensive.

Is gloves slower or something? No, you should spend time crafting earths rather than playing the game. Why bother? Well I happen to play the game for not much reason and save up the tokens and when I need them for stuff like this, I've got everything ready to go and no time playing it is wasted tbh.

I never seem to get the mime and zombie events too! I've must have been to all the other at least 10+times now and it's getting quite funny when it's oh a Forester guy again.

Buying the cowhide cuts down on time to about 1 minute per round(From bank to tanner)
