So I found one today, saw that I "had no reason to spy on a penguin and I should talk to Larry the zoo dude". So I talked with him, got my spy book went back, spied on the penguin, back to Larry and 1400 prayer xp! Yay! I think the whole thing is really fun so what do I do next? Is there a cc that is for penguins? What should I put my xp on? And it said something about the Cold War quest. (I haven't done it). What was that? Thanks for any help! And btw the penguin was south-west of the GE kinda by the cooking guild. Yes. it was today.

About a month ago when realized that my friend, when I had let him play my account for a couple months when I quit, had gotten me 10 black marks and I was on a last chance. I had none when he got the account. . . . I live in paranoia every minute I play on RS. I think I'll appeal it soon.

Not a bad guide at all. A very viable option for a low lvl looking to make some cash. Why do you have karil's coif over armadyl though? NEVER USE STEEL BOLTS. Always at least mithril. And I think void would be a good idea here too.

Nothing, anywhere. I should. But I have a weird compulsion to have to make my guide ABSOLUTELY complete. I started on it once, getting it all laid out with a general outline. I was looking at 100+ pages of information to be typed. I decided against it. Maybe if work lets up soon... I don't think they have been nerfed. Just talked to a guy who just finished a trip 200 bars over kc. 2.2 kc, 2.4bars. So I think no.

I have personally been to every star I've listed with the exception of: -Daeyalt -BH -Zammy Mage -Skeleton -Haunted Mine The middle three I hear called out a lot, it's just chance that I haven't been there. The other two I have 4+ sources for each that stars can land there. I'm guessing it's just rare, so I'll leave it in. I have the first two pics you recommended. Considering the size info. I guess I could do it, but there's so much variation (number of people, etc.) Maybe make a few pics of a star with over 15 people at it and a star with only you and few others at it? ? What difference would that make?

If by crimson shards you mean crimson charms then don't use them. Save for later. If you want just normal shards (all there is) you can buy them from the guy in taverly or trade pouches to the ogre in. . . I forgot where.
