Avansies? I think you could tank them no problem at your lvls. That's what I do and it isn't boring unless you are there for too long.

Yeah, agreed. I was thinking in that order too. 70 prayer is a must but I have no use for it at this point. And no. . . I tank avansies so 70 prayer would mostly be for piety at the Void place and blessing peoples graves when I start GWD. To meme- I do Avansies all the time so I think that I will get the armadyl helm because I frees up my amulet. I might try it for a trip or too and then sell it if I don't think it's worth it. (I doubt that will happen)

Only if you have 55 slayer. If not mithril is probably your best bet unless you are very rich.

This is the best. Karils isn't even close is it? armadyl really isn't a whole lot better than d hide or karils. Its about 10 or so points better in defense stats. Karils top has 30 range bonus and armadyl top has 33. So it is better but not by a whole lot Actually I just looked it up: armadyl helm gives +10 range bonus and Karil's coif gives +3. . . . . .

I only have 2.5mill cash atm in my bank. I'm doing an avansies trip now and hope to bring in about 3mill from that. So this would be most of my money. . . . . I would just go right back to avans with the helm though. How much will 70 prayer cost for me?

I've been saving for a little while to get an armadyl helm. I figured it would be a big boost to my current avansies outfit. Namely not having to wear an armadyl pendant. I guess my question is do you think this is a wise purchase? The only other thing I am considering is a fury, overrated imo but still good, and 70 prayer. Opinions?
