Is prayer worth it?
43 prayer is great. It's certainly worth getting that. If your member, buy dragon bones and use a gilded altar. If not, then if your rich buy big bones to 43 prayer, otherwise just kill hill gaints (you're better off just leveling your stats if you can't kill hill gaints  )

Should a members only skill be opened up to f2p?
Not really. I would like to be members right now, but I'm not incredibly upset that I'm not at the moment. If the new pvp worlds are members only however...

Should F2P Range Get A Boost?
You're right. In a single DM, Range has the upper hand against everyone else. However, a ranger cannot KO very well, even at level 70, and thus holds them back to be the truly dominant force. Crossbows would fix this, however, and make them the melee of 2008/2009 (as opposed to 2004). f2p mage desprately (bad spelling today -.- ) needs an update. After level 35 or so, it just becomes completely obsolete. Blood runes would certainly be a welcome edition, and that economy could certainly do with a demand boost, so overall it would be more benifical to put it in then to leave it in members. However, this would not solve the problem much, because after combat 50, melee can hit 20s on their own. So we would only be delaying the obsolete point. Actually, mage in general needs an update. If I go any further with this (other than adding in the second bind attack, which would be nice but not solve the problem as a whole), then I have to edit members as well. I guess it all comes down to improving mage. >_>

make 200K+ an hr in f2p not rune mining or merchanting!!
Oh meh god. I made 80k in 30 minutes on a test account. :o WHY DID I DO RUNE MYSTERIES!? *cries*

I am NOT a def noob -.-
err, what? That is one bad pure if he can't hit through iron. Seriously though, don't mind it. Enjoy the fact that they got so worked up over a free duel just because you beat them. It makes me feel great.

Have You Ever Refused a Friend Request?
Yes, I have. On my pure mainly, because I HATE it when people ask to be friends just because we're both pure. If we train together, and have a nice conversation, however, I usually won't refuse. I added someone i thought i was never going to talk to again and now we train together most of the time at fleshies. :D

Should F2P Range Get A Boost?
OH MY GOD. Those were the EXACT points I was about to post. Right up to the point about rune arrows and crossbows. Not to mention for the same reasons. So yah, this. Oh, and the bolts shouldn't be enchanted. That would be too cheap for f2p. I think the adamant crossbow would be reasonable enough, but mithirl would be fine too.

This made me LOL in real life and I spit my $1 McDonalds Ice Tea out. Buy Ice Tea now, on our dollar menu! McDonalds.com ba da da da da, I'm lovin it. Careful, the price manipulatiors will take advantage of it. If not stopped, it will become.... $1.16 ICE TEA! :ohnoes:

What next for G.E? Prevent manipulation?
Hmm, it's a great idea, and would probaly work, but it would have to be CAREFULLY done. I can see this backfiring hard. The fact that bows weren't considered a raw material at the start proves that jagex can be a little out of touch sometimes, and could potenially mess this up as well. I would NOT recommend actually disabling the total amount you can have. This could lead to people missing drops because they have too much already, which would be horrible. No, instead, limit the number bought on the grand exchange ( if this is what you meant, I apologize. But in your context it sounded like the other way). Take the current limit a step further, by doing it by price and if it's stackable or not, with demand and the current supply taken as another factor. In short, just be careful Jagex. :ohnoes:

Anyone been to the Ogre Enclave lately?
The solution to that is: 1. Remove access to BH from every non-PK world and have two PK/BH worlds, one free and one members (or even remove BH from free play completely and have it in one members world). Then you get to really concentrate any players that enjoyed the idea of actually Bounty Hunting for absolute drops, not just being able to kill players for loot. 2. On the non-BH PKing worlds, the PK dropping rules apply in the volcano, but you still get bounties to provide variety to PKing. As an alternative, you could also just get rid of item dropping completely and just use step 2. I'm still worried that there won't be enough players to really enforce it. Best case secnerio, world pking is a total flop, I mean TOTAL flop, and 50% of pkers remain to stay. Worst case, it's absolutely everything everyone hopes for and 99% of all pkers depart for those worlds. Let's be honest, if it's anything as advertised, pker worlds will replace BH completely. The best solution is to make bh just good enough that a few people would enjoy bh pking than good ol' fashioned pking. Hmmm. How about a 20 (or 21 just for the sake of no teles =P) level difference, MULTI combat (not the stupid system we have now -_-), only 3-5 entrances (which they would be bigger than what they are now) which you could pick, and make more structures to range from AND to congregate to. That will make it enough like hillz to make it decently fun. Also, make it so that's there's only two craters; level 3-75, and level 65+. Since there's the 20 level difference, it's sorta irrvelant for there to be seperations, plus this congregates pkers more (I wouldn't change the size; it gives enough to run around in, but not enough to hide forever). Of course, I could be completely wrong and there's enough BH fatefuls that actually would go to those worlds, but I doubt it. ;)

RuneScape: Boom de Yada - FINISHED and Updated! (Page 6+)
I'll be the noobs  . I have a low level (36) pure for the duel arena, and I could be one of the pesterers. I think there should be at least 20 people on that guy, but that might be a little hard to find.

Jagex and popularity
Heh, that's the first time I've seen that. Something tells me though that they aren't going to make an English version... haven't they? Anyway, aside from that, RS, or even RSHD isn't quite good enough to go full throttle into advertising, like, say, Blizzard has with WoW. Let's be honest, Jagex's advertising isn't exactly huge, they still mainly go via word of mouth. Which works out just fine. My friend got me into it by mouth, and i mean, that is so much more credible than a banner or commerical. I'M LOOKING AT YOU ADVENTURE QUEST  . He also got like 7 other people I know into it, all became members eventually. I myself got 2 into runescape, and one became a member. Do you see the chain that happens here? Anyway, pulling away from the obvious, I don't think they should advertise. Honestly, only 10 year old slaves to T.V actually go to POTC Online thing, and look what's that become. I do NOT want that crowd coming to our game; there's a big steryotype that we're all 10 year old spammers and flamers, and i don't want that to actually be true. :ohnoes:

Anyone been to the Ogre Enclave lately?
Yeah, thats been known for a long time now =D> There has always been autoers, there will always be autoers. Theres nothing to discuss that hasnt been talked about a million times before. I have not heard a single person mention that anywhere. How the hec I thought I was the first person to think about that I have no idea. :wall: Now I just feel incredibly stupid. #-o EDIT: That's true. And sadly will be true. So the only thing you can do is make it less rampant. That's what we're trying to solve here. So instead of just stating the obvious (heh heh, I'm such a hyprocrite  ), let's get some ideas going. Anyone?

What next for G.E? Prevent manipulation?
Simple: Free range Prices. Ever heard of neopets? Well, it may be the stupidest thing ever about now (as assumed by myself when it was in any shape or form related to burger king), but they actually have a decent pvp buying system. It's extremely simple. Go to the shop wizard ( ), search your item, your perferred quanity, price range (it defaults to lowest price), and it gives you an entire range of prices and products. Obviously, this could be edited for the grand exchange. There's a few things that would be needed to worked out to prevent Autos, which I'd rather not go into right now. But other than that it would work out pretty fine. (I also have a few arguments for why this works, but someone else bring it up first, I'm too lazy to type right now : )

*smiles* Looks like they found the way to transfer. I was wondering when it was going to be discovered. Or it could just be account selling. But seeing that there's still gold sites up, it appears they've found it. HINT: It's not a glitch or anything like that. It's perfectly viable to get around the rules of BH and transfer anyway. :

Looking for Beta Testers for new RS related program.
That's what I was thinking, though on a lesser scale. You could add the items needed for all the quests, the condensed guides from tip.it (the full version might be a little too much), and even a bestiary of all the quest monsters. Now that I would download. : Even better idea (rambling for the win  ); make it so that the items are linked up the G.E (it's possible) and it'll tell you how much it'll cost for that quest, or quests for that matter. Hec, you could even add the three or four most cost effective training methods and put it into your guide. See how much money it'll cost to train that herblore level to 45. That would make it amazingly useful, and I would use it for everything. =D
