another nice (upcoming) update by jagex ^^ think this was wanted by many players, although a few maybe shocked =P Jagex is giving some very nice updates right now later in the year, hope they will continue =)

thanks =) I know, but rimmington is the most known spot.. :P I think varrock mine is too crowded to powermine in f2p? and i could always try the al-kharid mine. Well, when i'm bored of mining I think I'll just do a farming run and a quest or something, or maybe train another skill, and then get back to 99 ^^ since the first day of my account I wanted to 99 mining =P (till 70 I have never powermined... :P)

As i'm closing in to my goal of 99 fletching, I will try to get 99 mining (maybe anyone read my blog...) I'm asking you: what are the average xp rates in f2p and p2p? is it really worth staying p2p only for the mining? If I go f2p, I only know of one good powermining spot, the rimington mines, anyone has xp rates of that? If I stay p2p, I think I will powermine granite till 80, and then do concentrated gold all the way to 99, according to some calculations, this should net me about 80mill, right? What are the average xp rates at granite and concentrated gold? (<--- using Dpick) thanks :thumbsup:

yew longs become available at 70... just string yew shorts and you should be fine (shouldnt take you long)

the varrock mine, dwarven mine and the mine just above edgeville are the closed iron to bank spots i believe

I never had problems with it, all my pins came within 5 minutes... Not sure what the billing page says about it. I'm almost 100% sure it is a automated system

If jagex finds something to fix the pvp abusing, everything will crash. or if the new skill comes out and it is a money drainer it probably will too.

220 k till 92 fletching, and then im halfway (with my fletching goal...) yay ^^ however, currently I am standing in the wizard tower(sandwich lady... I checked out your guide and am going to use it after my next trip, currently after starting one with my method. Thanks a lot for your help! :thumbsup: I think you'd better just use some prayer boosting gear, pray all the way, and the refill after you finished them, You will probably get hit ALOT at 56 def.

Are you using prayer method or tanking? as your def lvl is a bit too low for tanking, but you are wearing protective non prayer boosting armour... I can only help you if you want to tank, don't have any experience with prayer method (but i wouldn't recommend tanking with your def lvl)

I have not been active on this for a long time... but i didn't play rs much, so I dont think it makes that much difference ^^ Currently I'm stuck in that old basement fletching bows (at least no more afkers ^^) 89 currently ^^ yay when i have 99 I think I'm buying a dragon pick, and bring myself, my drag pick, my skillcape and some waterskins to the desert. Think I will train there until 78/80 and then go to the concentrated ore deposits. wish me luck ^^

you could powermine granite or iron (granite being faster) you could do gold for some cash (crafting guild)

there were some high lvl updates (mining, woodcutting, herblore), you can now change your display name, new quest was released, yesterday they realeased ardy achievment diary. try checking your java settings?

I wouldn't advise attacking the aviansies in the eyrie, as they have more hitpoints and hit harder. just kill the ones just outside the eyrie

Setup I used (armour price probably over 1m but you can always sell back, right?) head : torag helm amulet: armadyl amulet from quest torso: saradomin dhide body gloves : zamorak vambraces legs: dharok platelegs ring: explorer boots: snakeskin/dragon weapon: rune cbow shield: granite bring 20/30 nats and 5k fire runes (can be much less of course, but i have much of them, so i take much ^^) take some range pots (3/4?), take as many btp tabs as long as you want to stay, take an EE or just an normal excalibur (for def bonus) keep spots for: adamant bars, coins. fill the rest with monks, EDIT: saw something that shouln't be there and replaced with better item... ^^

I have a couple of questions about making my money, how to improve some stats, and wich gear to use I want some money because I'm looking for better and nicer gear such as bandos, sara gsword. is this equipment really worth it over barrows, whip? and also, wich gear do you suggest if that isn't worth it. i already have, dharok top/legs, D boots, Whip, Fury, slayer helmet and rune def. I was thinking of some methods to gain my money: barrows, green dragons, aviansies, collecting snape grass, (maybe any bosses I can do at my lvl? If they exist?) crafting double cosmics or just gain my money through slayer while i'm working towards 80 att. If you know any other good moeny making methods i'll be glad to hear them ^^ what will be the best method for me to do barrows? I have done about 20 trips (all dry... :() and I was wondering what gear and method you guys recommend at my lvl. I am also looking to improve my stats to make them more equal, i was especially thinking of herblore, agilty and construction. any advice on these? also, anyone some tips for me for my 99 fletch goal? I currently have a cash pile of 7 mill to spend on this. Thanks for your help :thumbsup:
