just a few levels
If cash isn't a problem, get a good gear and go camp Aviansies then. Great money and decent range exp.
-
Alternative to Aviansies.
Full Void (Range) Fury Accumulator Snakeskin/Ranger Boots Archer Ring Anti-Dragon Shield Any 1 handed range weapon you care to use. Maybe some food if you get hit when getting to a safe spot.

just a few levels
Yaks would be a waste for you. I suggest Fire Giants in the Waterfall. If you don't want to kill those, you can try the Ogres in King Lathias' training ground.
-
where should I train?
Just train slayer. Once you get better Combat Stats you can try camping at other places. Also once you hit 55 Slayer you can use Broad bolts for ranging.

Health regeneration while praying in proselyte
Yes its a bug.

Skeletal Wyverns for Falador Diaries
It won't fail, unless you fail at killing the Wyvern. In that case you fail :wall:

Skeletal Wyverns for Falador Diaries
Yes. Good luck.

Dragon Meds
300k? You can get like 3 or 4 for the price of that.

Slayer recommendations?
If you want to get you're next 99 the fastest would be attack since you're at 81 already. Plus you get to use the whip+rune def combo which is great.

Fastest Mining Exp from lvl 80?
Dealing with Scabaras I believe.

Slayer recommendations?
Hes 81 attack 70 str/def. Unless he wants extra attack exp. Hes gonna have to use a SS/D scim sooner or later. From 81-99 attack that is almost 11m exp needed. For 70-99 thats about 12.5m exp. If he does control hes going to need about 1.5m exp extra in his attack exp if using controlled, or switch and just get 99 attack first then either str/def next. Or do like was posted and get them all to 92 and train controlled from there.

Questions about waterfiends. New questions!
Good luck, i take it you're killing them to get charms for 68 summoning? If so its best to camp those after you get a bunyip, i can stay there for 2 bunyips worth without having to bank again.

He probably is a range/def/summ pure. Since he can't take the hits on his own, he was safe spotting. Melee is much faster. Ranging takes a lot longer. Didnt you notice how you can get about 2-3 kills for every one of his?
-
Slayer recommendations?
I did pure attack exp. If you did control attack first and str/def at the same time. But getting the pure attack exp will make it go faster. Thats what i did and i got 99 attack first. Of course i got called a noob cuz i only had 80 str and 76 def at 99 attack. But i didnt care lol. If you did it on control, you would probably get attack or hp before you get slayer.

best gear for mithrils?
But all this stab "nonsense" isnt nonsense at all. Metal Dragons, including Miths, have a weakness to stab attacks. Now on Irons, and depending on stats Steels, the difference isnt noticable but when fighitng a Mithril Dragon you can tell. I don't have personal experience but i know a big group of people that have experience with it, and they all say that the LBS > Whip.

Good combat moneymakers at my level?
Stick with the TzHaar, even tho green dragons are a steadier income. Personally I'd train slayer but thats just me.

Daganoths...
Don't take the flat or strecthed hides as they are junk, unless you want to. Bring alchs and alch all the Fremmy helms (not the beserker, warrior, farseer, or archer helms), swords and shields. Keep the Circular hides, boots and gloves. Keep all good herb and seeds drops if any. Wear a trimmed cape instead of cloak. I prefer the Rune Defender over any prayer boosting shield. Its up to you on what you use. I don't use a spec wep, but i might just buy the D2H just for that reason. I also use the Fire Titan as it gives magic exp and i would rather have that.

woodcutting issues.
Its true, they are quite fast and some profit.i think you only need to start the quest so you can use the bank, but if you finish it you get to use the pools to boost you stats.

best gear for mithrils?
If you melee don't forget your slayer helm and a leaf-bladed sword. The stabs bonus of the LBS is better then using a whip since Miths are weak to stab.

Not sure what to do... (combat)
I don't see you point? Slayer is a good way to train stuff. Who really wants to camp at creatures hours on end? Not me...

Mining for Cash
This seems about right. I read that mining profit goes from Runite Ore to Gold Ore, and last Adamantite ore. There are a few places to mine it though. I know you can try the "Horse Shoe" on Brimhaven or the Gold Ore mine that you travel to in that one dwarf quest, i forgot which.

Dharoking
Bring a prayer potion or 2 incase this might happen. And i think you can climb up the ladder again to find a second altar? Idk i only been on the Island twice lol.
-
Dharoking
I read that Fire Giants while Praying in the Smokey Well works quite well. The Smoke can't kill you so you stay at 1 HP, and as long as you pray Melee Protection the Giants can't hit you. Idk the exp/hr but Ape Atoll Guard Monkies and Zombie Monkies are popular training places with Dharoks. I also tested Dharoks out at the Tzhaar and find it fun, and if you need to restore pray you can attempt the Fight Caves and just die to restore prayer and hp.

99 Magic/20M/3 questions
With 91 RC im sure he doesnt care to much about making a profit. I'd bet to say that the 20m is all he has from getting to 91 rc. And if you need more money just make some Nats, 900k gp/hr right?
