aviansies tanking setup
If you plan on killing in the Eyrie you won't need a Saradomin Item. Just pray magic when you climb down the rope to avoid getting killed by the Mages there. If you have the money keep the Barrow Gloves and replace the D'hide with the Zamorak Body, if not then get the Bracers. If you're afraid you might get killed, just wear a Holy Symbol instead of the Fury and once in place put the Fury on and drop the Symbol. Snakeskin Boots, D boots have no use for ranging. Archer Ring, RoW will decrease the amount of Addy Bars you'll get.

A Question To Jagex - Comments Appriciated
Well it just wouldn't affect them at all. Since monsters don't run they don't have an energy level. You can stop them when using magic or casting the Snare-like spells on them. Other then that you cannot affect their agility level as they don't run. But from doing the agility course in the wild, it seem revs have a fairly decent agility level :wall:

Easiest (COMBAT) Skillcape?
This is what I've said on other topics. Attack/Defense would be easier to raise because of the Whip+Defender setup. Unless you use a Saradomin Sword, strength gets annoying to train. As for the Lunar Magic, it is quite fast (around 150k exp/hr for String Jewllery spell) but it does get quite expensive for the price of the runes.

Easiest (COMBAT) Skillcape?
How is a whip "far superior"? It's max hit is only one more, they have the same speed and more or less the same accuacy. D Scim + Def is almost exactly the same as Whip + Def. Saradomin Sword is I got to say about strength training. D Scimm+Rune Defender Whip+Rune Defender Not only is the Strength bonus higher for the whip+def, it is also more accurate. Being more accurate means more hits, faster kills and more exp.

Getting ranged to 70
Hehe  , have fun and to bank just bring a Games Necklace to teleport to the Barbarian Outpost and deposit items there and run back to the waterfall.

Summoning "Tricks"
Depends true junk ie maple longs and shorts are pretty much worthless. Theres also junk people trade you which if its for a borrow is normally useless. I happened to have about 300k in useless junk from training fletching. It was either use it as junk or drop it. Also many drops from PVP are considered junk. Such as the bolts and arrows that are P+, p++, and p+++.

Beating them to the rock
He wants to know what to do to keep people from stealing the rocks he was at. (I sure hope the OP is a guy.) But like it was said, try to go to a nice secluded area to mine.

Crimson charms
If you decide to do this have an anti-fire shield equiped. There are Bronze/Iron/Steel Dragons that sometimes come within range of the cannon adn then you get hit with a 40 before you know it. I got killed by a Iron Dragon this way. There are not any metal dragons anywhere else besides BRIMHAVEN Dungeon. Taverly would be a great place to cannon black demons if you plan on getting crimsons and money isn't a problem. Fire Giants for gold charms. Slayer for a nice variety of charms.

Getting ranged to 70
Unless the OP wants to go and get all the ores and make them into bars and knives, or catch thousands of Chinchompas, it be best to buy them. As for training wear the best gear you can get, maybe try getting void while ranging the portals for some experience. Black knives work well on Fire Giants in the waterfall. Loads of safespots. I did 67-70 range at fire giants and i didn't mind the rune arrow drops plus the rune scimmy drops. It also helped me get 10k+ fire runes lol.

Could I team Bandos?
Maybe a team of friends would take you along. Don't expect to get on a RSOF team without 80+ stats and at least 70 prayer. Also depends on how big the team will be. I say maybe 4+ including you and some good attackers and a tanker, I don't see you doing good at either no offense.

High lvl pouch making
Like what was stated above i would go which i could do. If i had the cash i would go for the more exp faster way. If i was low on cash i would do the cheaper but still good way. Since you can only make half as many Wolpentingers then making the Swamp Titans would be faster. The difference between Barker Toads and Terrorbirds is minimal so do Toads as they are better exp. this is what i would do with mine atleast. As for the greens its up to you, i personally don't plan on using them, or only use them if i have to. It seems like you're using whip on controlled, if you were to use an att/str/def gaining familiar you would get one of those sooner. Now if you don't mind that then do so. Some places it depends on the familiar, like the wolpentinger which is small and easier to move around tight places, as to which you use.

Varrock Armour
Varrock Armour 2 for items up to and including Mithril. Varrock Armour 3 for items up to and including Adamantite.

166 Spiritual Warriors
I killed the ones in the Zamorak Fortress, to me for their combat they are relativley weak. I use: Slayer Helm Zamorak God Cape Holy Symbol then switchd to Fury once i got into the zammy area. Whip and Rune Defender Dharok Chest Dharok Legs Dragon Boots Berserker Ring Barrow Gloves Bring a ton of alch with you as they drop all kinds of mith and addy items that can be alched for profit. Also the occasional Rune Shield and Halberd are nice, but are quite rare drops. If you don't think you can handle taking the damage you could try praying them.

evil dave stew
http://www.tip.it/runescape/?rs2quest_id=134#evildave It gives a good way to go about getting the right amount of spices for Dave's stew. Also using a kitten gets very annoying as they take a while to kill one rat. A grown cat is prefered but if a kitten is all you have might as well use it.

Pray exp per hour?
I hear its about 250k exp/hr, before offer all you can get up to 600k exp/hr though.

Mage Lvl for Bandos. *New Question added*
A note on selling the Strung Amulets after casting the spell, you could always try to find someone that can sell them back to the rouge for the GE mid-price. The only real loss on Stringing are the cost of the astral runes and however much over the GE mid-price you buy the amulets for. But you need 80 magic to cast the spell so you could always try to humidify up to 80 then string after that.

Black Dragons.
Probably the Black Dragon Lair in Zanaris, if you have 70-80 agility Taverly may be a close second. If you have them as a slayer task the Baby Black Dragons count btw

Req Assist option?
Yup, and its kool i like free post counts \
-
Req Assist option?
Nope they cook everything, you just get all the exp for it. Their level stays the same, they're just using your level at the moment to help them out. This was also a way to keep people from scamming others out of items and such,
-
Req Assist option?
Ok say you wanted to craft Air Battlestaves. you need 66 crafting to do so but you only have 56 crafting (random number), you come up to me and i assist you can you make all the battlestaves you want. Now you can either keep crafting until you run out of supplies or i hit my 30k limit for the day. Now if you were to ask me to help you craft and you had 66 crafting and i had 70, you would get the exp even though i am assisting you because you have the level to make on your own. That helps any?
-
Req Assist option?
Yup only noncombat skills and skills that dont allow you to collect items can be assisted. The only good thing about assisting is that higher lvls can assist the lower levels whem making stuff. When i got my Visage drop i decided to get the shield. Since i don't have the smithing level any where near the 90 to make it i got someone to assist me. The exp is the same as if you were able to make it. Also if the person being assisted has the level to make something, they will get the exp and not the other person, if that makes sense.

SC Question
A lo of high level skillers plus high level combatants to fight yall. While they fought and protected the skillers, the skillers made tons of items and just direct deposited the stuff using a familiar. I wouldn't know how correct i am but it sounds like a really good guess...
