str training what weapon
helm: Neitiznot (use berserker if you didn't finish Fremmy isles) cape: obby cape platbody: sc platebody <-- ??? Only for experience. Use Barrows otherwise. shield: obby shild <-- Rune defender > Obby Shield. Attack bonuses are worth it. weapon: Dragon Scimitar if you want to use a shield. Also obsidian sword, but must be used with berserker necklace. platelegs: Barrows. Veracs skirt is good, but if it's too expensive it can be easily swapped for Torags or Dharoks. boots: dragon boots ring: ring of life <-- if you lag A LOT. Use a wealth if you're hunting a monster with good drops. Otherwise, warrior/berserker. necklace: Berserker if you're wielding obsidian. Fury otherwise. Glory is a cheaper version of fury. Less prayer, and less defense though. Gloves: RFD barrow gloves, dragon gloves, rune gloves. Combat Bracelet and Regeneration are ones that you can buy, and do not require completing RFD.

What do you think about the Trade Limit?
My friends ofttimes got scammed/had to start over. I would usually give them 100k and just help from there. (they were f2p). Now all I can do is wait 15 minutes to trade 5k again -.-

Seriously.) While Guthix Sleeps (u liek 400k xp n dclaw drop?) Just a few quests I thought were useful as well

Money Making ideas...
Iv kinda pushed off farming and not done it since it first came out cause im to [developmentally delayed] to really understand it can you tell me what to plant and what items i need to plant etc? Pretty straightforward. Just plant the best tree and fruit tree you can at your level. You can also plant the best allotment you can. You could try bushes as well, although at your level they might not be worth it. (If you can plant whiteberries, plant them. Only good bushes are whiteberry and poison ivy.) Also plant marigolds in the flower patch and either ranarr/kwuarm/toadflax/snapdragon in the herb patch. Well how many seeds should i buy what do i need to plant those seeds? Do i have to have magic specturs? Is there anything else i need to do for farming like equipments or something? Magic Secreters only help when it comes to allotment/herb plant yielding. You'll need the seed, plant pot (with soil), a gardening trowel, and watering can in your inventory. Use the seed with the pot, water it, and wait for to turn into a sapling. This doesn't take too long. Then use the sapling and a spade on an empty tree patch. You can pay a farmer to watch over it.

Stealing Creation
I'm not an expert on this since I actually smithed steel bars to 72 smithing. However I looked into your idea of iron knives: one bar yields a 185 gp of iron knives, and an iron bar is 241 gp. Using SC hammers will increase the experience from 25 to 50. It doesn't look bad \

What to High alch in f2p?
The experience you get is independent of what you high alchemize. Look into "green items" - like addy plates, or green d'hide bodies.
-
Stealing Creation
I usually join a random team, the blue one  As long as you do work, you're fine. 35k points is a little low, but for your stats I'm actually impressed :D I wouldn't make steel plates, unless you alch them. However even so you're losing much more than what you gain.

Money Making ideas...
[hide=] Well im like 3k exp away from 44 whats the fastest way to get that, and how much is it per hour? Steam runes, but since you don't have 82 magic, the next best thing is ZMI. Steam runes are ~45k xp/hour at any level, ZMI is the same at 80-ish runecrafting. However, Steam Runes cost 200k/hour. Both of those are with a giant pouch, which you don't have, so it'll be considerably slower. I don't know exactly how to use the ZMI, and i havn't done lunar diplomacy. [/hide] The absolute fastest way is through ZMI, but you don't profit there, so it discourages many RCers, as it is a mainly money-making skill. It really shouldn't take hours to get 44, even crafting low level elemental runes would make it at most at least half an hour  Graahk runecrafting would make you craft 1.5-2k an hour, if I'm right. In ZMI you bring pure ess, pouches and familiar optional. There are three methods: one is by duelling rings, one by paying the banker to access bank in the altar, and the other a combo of duellings and teleports from Lunar spells. The first: use ring to teleport to cw, withdraw pess, and run to altar. The second: bring a stack of low level runes (cheap ones, you'll be paying 20ish to access the bank) and then you run within the altar. The last: there's a lunar teleport to quickly access it. Use the teleport, run to altar, and craft. There's a chaos altar on top, so you can recharge your prayer, making it advisable to use protection prayers and/or piety. I think when I did this, I did have access to lunar magics, but I chose to run. Because I was addicted to terrorbird

Runecrafting
If you're just looking for raw experience, law runes. I think that they sell for the most profit too.

Money and XP
Why don't you train through slayer? Most of the best monster drops I've received were from times I was on-task. I know Cockroaches, Ankous (slightly outdated), and Armored Zombies are good.

Money Making ideas...
Since RC is your lowest skill, why not train it? Make astral or cosmic runes (no abyss necessary) till 44, and then graahk nature-runecraft

Is swift kit safe?
I think Jmods made a post on rsof about it being illegal to use. I don't remember too much though. :S

Wilderness Volcano
Any other opinions?
-
Low Level Agility Training
The fail rate at wilderness may be high but the experience/hour is better. Especially since you need to tag consecutive pillars to earn tickets in brimhaven.
-
taking down bork
No ... and no more spamming ... With my stats I can take him down with about 10 tunas, prayer, and piety. You should bring a few prayer potions, maybe some stat boosters, and monkfish +.
-
Low Level Agility Training
tbh If you're willing to go to brimhaven course at that level, just get the two extra levels and pot up for wilderness.

Which Slayer Master?
If you keep summoning low (or reach a combat of 85+ with it) you should be able to switch to Chaeldar at 80.
-
dust devils
Knives. But just melee them.
-
Blue Drags!!!
Doesn't have the required slayer level. Using emerald enchanted mith bolts should be good enough, perhaps too high. Actually I recommend a dorgeshuun bow/zanik cbow with bone bolts here. It's cheap, powerful, and great for blue dragons.
