I'd probably try to keep them within a healthy balance of technology and pshyical activity. I've seen what no-lifing for a few days can do to me, and I don't want my children to do the same mistake I did. Probably the best idea for punishments would be to get them to go somewhere to calm down, like play a videogame or read. If there is one mistake I've learned from my parents is that the bad kid doesn't get grounded when the good ones are being told to clean something up. For that, I will do the reverse, and use the cleaning as a punishment. For money, I would want to expose them to good savings skills, so I won't use credit cards. Instead, I will pay with cash or use debit. There's some others too, but I would like to thank my parents for letting me learn from their mistakes :?

How old are you? [/hide] I don't really want to say my exact age for security reasons, but Im in my mid-teens :-# :wall: What security reasons? (I'm 15 in two months) I mostly go by the old rule where you don't give too much personal information on the internet. I'm actually around the same age as you, not much older actually.

Yay! I'm very happy that they are doing this! The movie, in my opinion ended horribly with that cliffhanger. With a new season and a movie, then this will definitely make the ending better.
-
Watching at TV show all the way through and it ends without a cliffhanger For the love of pete, why do people go and ruin a perfectly good TV show by putting in a cliffhanger? I remember when Inuyasha ended... that was on my mind for several months. Also Full Metal Alchemist: The Movie ended horribly with a cliffhanger... But when you have a TV show end without one (like the world gets nuked or something) then that brings joy.. pure joy to my soul. BTW: I havent had a child yet, but I have a good feeling that my opinion will change on that day

The Enchanted Valley is a plane only reachable by fiary rings. You might not have heard of it if you don't have access to the rings or haven't discovered the code yet. (If you go there, don't cut down the trees.. trust me)

Some aspects are perhaps good, but until we have a Star Trekish type of technological society, then we can't impletment them  The overall aspect of communism is hard to say yes to. If there was no major companies, then there would be no competition. With no competition, there would be no advancement in the industry. The government would probably control what goes into certain products, which allows the transfer of dangerious materials to the consumer. I don't really find any of those to be good :?

I regret not dancing with a girl I liked. I'm addicted to RuneScape for sure. I don't do homework (or rarely). I went from straight A's to getting 50's and 60's. I'm finding school unadventurous, thus no longer interesting. Why can't we explore the world before coming mindless zombies that do the same process everyday for 50 years? (sorry if that offends you, but it really is how I feel)

If the child is a girl, I would want her name to be Lacus. It's from the show Gundam Seed. From the first time I heard it, I loved it, so I would enjoy my daughter to have a nice pretty foriegn name. As for a boy... I dunno. I'm more like the guy who wants a daughter first so a) I can spoil her, B) because my son would hate me for not being an athletic person :?. If I did have a boy, I would probably choose: -Athrun (wierd, but cool name) -James (its classical, at the same time, interesting. Plus Jim is an ok nickname) -Anyother name that resembles the time period.
-
1. Inuyasha 2. Gundam Seed (Destiny) 3. Full Metal Alchemist 4. Bleach 5. Noein (I got this on DVD for my birthday and it wasn't half bad :) ) Might be forgeting some. I'm boycotting my anime channel at this moment

In my opinion, it's right. I don't find anything wrong with it. I've mostly grown up accepting new things and have also become atheist. I have any problems with homosexuals, christains, muslims, jewish people, and pretty much everyone else. The only thing I ask in return... please don't let me see you doing your thing... it grosses me out a bit (seeing anyone (homosexuals and straights) doing their "thing" for that matter).

Yu-gi-oh cards used to be big for me too. I also had a point where I was into Naruto... but then I lost interest. Also, there has been a Star Trek craze where I watched it everyday. Other TV Show crazes: Stargate SG1, Battlestar Galatical (old series) (BTW: if you haven't figured it out yet, I'm a nerd, or as I like to say, nerb (nerdy noob))

Toast687- I dunno why, but I see him alot on the forums and his threads are really cool :. Plus I like his siggy :twss: When I say I dunno why, I mean... I dunno why... cause I actually have no really good reason :?

I think that the revenants could have been made a bit better. Bad Stuff -The ability to use acients should vary between combat -Not all of them should use mage, but some use range or melee instead -The damage they can take, so their defencive levels -Your range armour is pretty much useless against their magic attacks -The damage they cause Ok Stuff -They should still tele away when you activate those teleport platforms -The looks should remain, as they look really cool -Frequency they appear in And I can't think of anything else right now.

In my broswer, the Jpeg ones seem to be like exactly when I took them :? I'm also glad you were able to get some screenies of the palace. Tried to a while ago, and none of 'em turned out good :-#

After seeing Fut's post earlier, I was inspired to go out for more pictures. I took out my runes, then went for some F2P travels :. Here are the pictures from my travels: Note: These images are big... as all ways  Misthalin Mayhem [hide=Watermill on the River Lum]The long way to Varrock started here. When peering across the Lum, I saw an amazing watermill. These have always interested me as they just add a great nature powered mechanism to a simple river. [/hide] [hide=Ice Patch]Well only being temporary, this ice patch is probably the funnest feature in the entire RuneScape world! Froobs and orginary noobs have a nice little playground in their own backyard. Even though it's mostly for fun, it really adds a je ne sais quoi to the world. [/hide] [hide=Lumbridge Haybarn]This is one of those locations that you could really care less about when walking around. However, when your in high definition, it makes you stop and take a look. It's just great to look at! [/hide] [hide=Varrockian Street]By the time I go to Varrock, it was night fall. I took a nice room at the front of the Blue Moon's Inn and slept for about 12 hours. When I woke up, I went outside to see the view. Sure enough, it was magnificent. The view really takes you back to the Mediveal Ages, when streets and buildings where all stone and pretty much narrow. [/hide] The Asgarnia Parade [hide=Goblin Village]Before heading to Falador, I made a quick stop at the goblin capital. This village looks alot better than in low detail. You really got to love the architectural style of these small guys. The wooden quality resembles that of North American pioneers. Does Woody Allen live here? [/hide] [hide=Falador Park]For a shortcut, I made my way through the park. I couldn't resist capturing the beauty. With the pond and all the hard work of the farmers, this park is absolutely stunning! [/hide] [hide=Falador Residental Area]Before going off to the party room, I decided to look at the houses. It was really amazing to see a nice square with a fountain in the middle. I only wish my street looked like that. [/hide] [hide=Party Room Building]After going to the top floor, I saw the true size of the building. Very very remarkable to see such a great palace of our very own Disco Pete. Something that was out of the ordinary was that there was a hole in the roof. Pete's lucky RuneScape doesn't have rain. [/hide] [hide=Party In-Progress]While coming downstairs, I found that the ballons were falling. Simple screenshot and you got a nice picture of the ballons before they even hit the ground. Party over here, woot, woot! [/hide] [hide=Maggie's Realm]This plane was made after the 2008 Halloween Event for those who lost their items. I found it accidently will making my way south. Once inside, you find everything purple. Who's idea was it? Mod Poppy's probably? Even though it is purple, the colour does not take away from the natural beauty. [/hide] [hide=Mudskipper Point]If someone was looking for some secrecy, this is the place to go. Allthough player-less, this area meets the demands of the people. If this was a real life location, then you could lay down and look at the sky. The water and everything looks awsome. I bet you would have trouble finding this place without a map... [/hide] Karamjan Vacation [hide=Karamja Ship]After taking a stroll through Asgarnia, I wanted to take a break. I hoped abord a boat and set sail to the beautiful island of Karamja. Looking away from this ship is amazing with the water moving. The simulation has the ability to make you sea sick, but love the look at the same time. Steady as she goes, Mr. Sulu. [/hide] [hide=Musa Points]With the nice breeze of the tropics, this island is nice to hang out on. With the bananas and the bars, you can't go wrong. The amazing view from all around this small small town will have you wanting to swim. Now if only I could figure out with spot to go to... [/hide] [hide=Karamja Volcano Dungeon]When I got to the top of the volcano, I was surprised to see that the lava wasn't moving. Due to this ugly sence, I journied into the dungeon. There were some Lesser Demons, Red Spiders and some Skelotens. After some more viewing, I came across the only F2P dragon, Evarg. This dragon has keep this dugeon very dugeony. Also... I thought I killed that thing... [/hide] [hide=Crandor Ruins]Upon my trip to Karamja, I decided to take a trip to Crandor, since I never had been there in high detail. When I got out of the dugeon and took a look at the landscape, I was very impressed. Ruined buildings and columns stood on the ground. It was just remarkable. This ancient island is a prime example why people shouldn't keep dragons as pets. [/hide] [hide=Shipwreaked on Crandor]I find it strange how Ned is still here after I did this quest almost 3 years ago. How does he survive? I dunno... shipwreaked hermits usually find something to feed themselves. Looking of the side of the ship, it's a beautiful view of the island. If not the island, then perhaps the ocean that also surrounds you. [/hide] When ending my journey, I went back to Lumbridge and had a nice long nap. With all these wonderful pictures and such, this thread would make a wonderful gallery of the RuneScapian World!

I would spend several years making it as realistic as possible. No more 20 minute walks from Varrock to Yanille! Now you will have to walk a bit longer! Or you could just tele... your choice  You can now sit at bars. The waiters will come around and let you order drinks. There will be NPC beggers. There will be a cabbage patch in every town and city! There will be the random cow walking past you. ScapeRune will open up. When you go there, your skills are opposite. There will be huge underground mines of pure evilness. Lucien will rule the world! Bunnies will hop around Lucien's evil castle. The Penguins will control half of the globe. Men and Women will now say "Gf noob" when they die. The max XP in a skill is 1B because its a nicer number. Castle Wars and FFA will be more epic. There will be a safe PvP world. One PvP world will be special in that you can have a better handle on controlling the globe easier. I have lots of ideas, but those came first ;)

In my opinion, there aren't. RuneScape has such a rich history that is not even fully tapped. We need to learn about all the gods, and also explore all of the world. We still have alot to learn and there is always the possibilty that Jagex will find a way to make the gameplay different as you do more quests. [hide=Spoiler]While Guthix Sleeps is a prime example that changes our storyline. Lucien plays a larger role and he could replace Zamorak as the Evil God.[/hide] If that happens, then a whole new chapter will emerge, thus reulting in tons more new quests. So basically, we don't have too many, because 1) there is never too many, 2) there is so much left to do, and 3) it ain't over till the fat lady sings.

After stumbling on this thread, I went out and took some screenshots : . They're only F2P, since I won't be a member again till Wednesday :-# . I too love the beauty of the RuneScape world and that's one of the reason I play :D . The screenshots are big since I took them in the resizable screen. [hide=Varrock West Bank]The 2nd floor and the bottom look so amazing! I love this place, and it's great for alching at. [/hide] [hide=Varrock Square]With the fountains and also the minicommunity that builds up around this location, it makes it a great place to be [/hide] [hide=Road to Varrock]With the water and the great ground decorations, this is a beautiful place to pass through. It's also great to fish here, expecially with beggers (to get rid of your food fast ) [/hide] [hide=Lumbridge Castle]When this was updated, the castle was actually pretty amazing. This puts something welcoming and attractive to those newbies coming to explore our great land. : [/hide]
