camper nub Jk. On my first kill of those, I got a Dragonstone, lol. I've already got... 5... I think... whip drops. CBA to keep track, I don't care. I've gotten the Rune Arrow, Ruen Kite, Rune 2H, Adamant Jav, but no Silver Ore.

Found a smoking mils interview
So more answers from this punk I'll comment on. Annoying who the moderator didn't ask any "hard" questions about him, like if he see's it as okay to make billions of GP at the expense of tens of thousands of players, or explaining why he feels the need to do so when ~6B is enough to get 200m XP in many skills using the fastest methods. So stealing large quanities of cash from the community is okay... as long as it's form many people. And often on important things, like those godamned prayer potions, a very vital part of the game. Aquiring insane amounts of cash to rub off to at the expense of tens of thousands of others is "fun" for him? There are idiots who don't know how to kill green dragon without some [wagon] telling them how? Good money-making methods aren't all that hard to figure out or carry through with. I mean, what, there's green dragons, avansies, double-nat crafting, the little-known mud rune crafting, Fruit falling, Barrows, Herb-Farming, Farmer-Thieving, Rune mining, fishing, superglass-make.... ...That is all...

New Prayer Feature: Plea
I suppose I could make it non-applicable to quest obstacles, or only make it 10% decrease for them. I've altered it now. I suppose so. If you've taken the time and effort to get both the prayer level and summoning level, you should get an advantage over someone who only has the requisite farming level. And ent only affects "fruit trees, belladonna, bushes and cactus". Already oftenly. Someone who has enough money for a Dragon Pickaxe will have an advantage over someone without one. You can increase the amount of rune/adamant/coal you get per hour, letting you possibly augment the cost of the Plea. Or, you could mine your own ore+coal, smelt and smith them into Platebodies, and alc them. With the plea you could get a decrease in time needed and eliminate the price of the Plea, letting you get the requisite money without player interaction. This would be like the new herblore update. I think someone who has high herblore skills deserves to have an advantage in combat. Fixed. Mm, didn't think of that. The "and reverses damage done by either." has been removed. And it wouldn't remove the need for Anti-Posion potins, as those give an immunity to them for a time. This would be impractical when fighting the ZGW boss, or Cave Crawlers for a slayer task, etc.. This would just be if, say, you were posioned by a Saradomin Wizard on a clue scroll. You could bring an APP, or you could just use a Plea. Again, this would require a requisite Prayer level, and doesn't give immunity, so I think it balances out. We already have Magic Imbune from the Lunar Spellbook.

New Prayer Feature: Plea
Hooray! This is going better than my "Slayer Rift" thread! Though I guess Prayer is in more need of new content than Slayer is. What was the last addition to it? Piety/Chivalry? I stated "remaining" hitpoints, so if you were at 110/99 you'd go to 55. The defence, prayer, and hitpoint loss is all permanent until 10 minutes after the plea is activated. Thank you! The gods don't enjoy greed, so it'll come at a hefty cost. I suppose I could lessen the hitpoints penalty a bit. I think a 10% increase in, say, a whip drop, is quite signifigant. Maybe I'll increase the % a bit, maybe 20, 15, etc. but any higher and I'm not comfotable with its balance. I'll see what others have to say. The Prayer penalty will stay the same.

New Prayer Feature: Plea
I have a (in my opinion) good suggestion, an addition to the Prayer skill. A new section in the Prayer skill: Plea This is like the special attack bar, if you use it it goes down, however it does not recharge like the SA bar does. In order to recharge it, you must pay a tithe to a holy place; an altar. Any altar will work, including your POH altar. The tithe will be in cash, and will be AT LEAST 150k. I am not sure what is an appropriate amount, but it won't be lower than that. The bar is 1000 units long, and can be viewed at the top of the Prayer Menu. The Plea's are mostly skill related, but they do, however, have a few monster-killing applications. These Plea's can be activated by clicking on the Prayer Tab, and then clicking on the Plea Bar. This will open a menu in which you click your desired Plea, which you click to activate. Ones that require "casting" on an object work just like attack spells (or alchemy spells when the Plea-object is in the inventory). I am not going to post the prayer levels that are required, as those are trivial. But if it has a fairly good benefit, assume it requires a large prayer level. ~~~Angelic Feet 25 PP An effect that lasts for 3 minutes. Reduces the weight your character is carrying to 0 (if it's in the negative, it'll stay that way). Reduces chance of failing an obstacle by 40%. Does not apply to quest-related obstacles. ~~~Greed 750 PP An effect that lasts for 10 minutes. Halves your remaining HP, drains your Prayer Points to 0, and dramatically lowers defence. These can't be recovered until the 10 minutes are up. Chances of "rare" drops from a monster drop, a Treasure Trail Reward, or a Barrows Chest increase by 10%. If activated while- -During the battle with said monster -While the Clue Scroll is in your inventory -Once you have one Killcount The Plea will not apply. ~~~Fruitful Harvest 100 PP Cast on an applicable farming patch (at any stage). Increases the amount of harvest by 20%: one additional fruit/mushroom/whatever if there's only one available (like with Belladona). Plea expires once patch is harvested. Stacks with other harvest-increasing methods, like the Fairy Secateurs or the Giant Ent. ~~~Pious Hunter 25 PP Effect lasts for 5 minutes. Gives you 3 additional camoflauge effects. ~~~Blessed Return 1000 PP Effect lasts until it triggers. Casted on an item, it prevents it from being lost upon death, even if it wasn't one of your 3 most valuable. Doesn't replace any of the three items, so you could keep up to 5 items if you had protect prayer on. Having multiple blessed items with you does not work: you'll keep the most valuable. The blessing does not work if a player killed you in a PvP or Bounty world. Blessed items are triggered if it is either traded, or if its keeper dies without it being one of their 3(4) most valuable items. ~~~Dwarven Knowledge 100 PP Effect lasts for 10 minutes. Speed of mining is increased by 25%. ~~~Saradomin's Blessing 250 pp Effect lasts for one hour. Counts as wearing an item of Saradomin. The next time you restore PP must be at a Saradomin altar. Cannot be activated while "Zamorak's Blessing" is active, or was activated and you have not restored PP. ~~~Zamorak's Blessing 250 pp Effect lasts for one hour. Counts as wearing an item of Zamorak. The next time you restore PP must be at a Zamorak altar. Cannot be activated while "Saradomin's Blessing" is active, or was activated and you have not restored PP. ~~~Pure Blood 75 PP Cures posion and disease. Gives no immunity. ~~~Axeman's Prayer 100 PP Effect lasts for 10 minutes. Speed of woodcutting is increased by 25%. ~~~Flurry 250 PP Effect lasts for 10 minutes. 50% chance of hitting twice in a row, but damage for all hits you perform is reduced by 20%. Cannot be casted in PvP or Bounty Worlds. What you can do to help this suggestion: Post your support! Post and manage it on the RSOF (I don't like dealing with populated forums)! Suggest required prayer levels! For any of the suggestions that are IN THIS POST, please point out the ones you think are imbalanced! Increase or decrease the amount of PP needs, SUGGEST THE COST OF A RECHARGE, change the extent of the effect(s), etc. There can be DOZENS of good uses, and you may suggest your own! Some FAQ to pre-emptively answer objections "But Prayer adds combat skills, it should only aid in combat." So does Summoning "But Summoning came with skill-aids at the beginning." Strength didn't, but now it aids in fishing and agility! "Plea X is overpowered/underpowered/should require more PP." Why? State your reasons, and see if you can come up with a more balanced effect.

Mm, I know new players will have a far harder time, it's one of the reasons I support getting rid of Statues. I'm not sayng inflation is good, and I do think it should be stopped or hopefully reversed, but I'm just saying inflation from PvP is making getting PvP related items, like whips, far more profitable. I do know that some items, like ones that aren't used in PvP (you mentioned coal and flax) aren't rising as fast, but if people stop harvesting them because they're not able to get cash from it, the price of those items will go up. However, this won't happen, because people either don't care about profits, don't realize they're not making a lot, or want at least some cash while training their skills (like with coal, yew, natures, etc). Anyway, until this is all fixed, I'd get rid of your cash. But I digress. Back to Barrows with my new ardy 3 cape :) +6 prayer and magic attack for the win.

I do agree, the current PvP system is causing run-away inflation that has to be stopped soon. However, the impacts are being overstated, and the inability to stop it for yourself is understated. Basically, the best thing to do is GET RID OF YOUR COINS. 1m in coins will always be worth 1m, but 3.5m stored in a whip will increase in price, if current trends continue (which they will, if nothing changes). Abotu those impacts; inflation is making things more profitable. For example, I camped Abyssal Demons to get cash for Chinning to 99 Ranging. I was able to sell them on the GE for about 3.5m at the time (their max is nearly 3.8m now). If they had not inflated, it would have taken me nearly twice as long to get enough cash. The Whip's prices are not entirely the cause of more cash coming into the game, but because players keep losing them at a rate in which Slayers and Campers can't keep up with; It is, however, being affected by more cash being pumped intot he game, like almost every item. At the moment I am doing Barrows, which is even more profitable than ever. A Karil's Leather Top, once a mere 1m, is now over 3.4m. So far I've recived Torag's top and bottom, Verac's Flail, Ahrim's Top, and Guthan's top. All are more valuable than what they once were, and are continuing to increase in price. Due to their ever-increasing price, however, it is better for me to hold on to them so that more cash accumulates, than converting them into pure cash which loses it value every day. Beserker rings are also severly inflated. I have not checked the price, as I am not getting them, but I know they are over 4m. Good cash for people who do DK's. Likewise for Godswords, Saradomin Swords, other DK rings, potions, etc. Inflation isn't that bad, but it really should be stopped. Either by Jagex releasing another massive money-sink into the game, or by removing PvP Statues. I'm for the latter at the moment. Players should lose all but their most valuable items upon death in PvP; that will increase demand and make Barrows, boss hunting, and Slaying profitable. Even though this will affect people who want those items for non-PvP purposes, it's still stable; you aren't going to lose it as fast as you would if you did do PvP, and it will increase in price, whilst the cash you spent on it wouldn't have. In order for Jagex to remove Statues from PvP, they need to find a self-sustaining system: an equilibrium, if you will. One that will give- -Give a good reason to PvP, i.e. a good reward that people will want. -One that will contuiously delete items such as armor and weapons from the game, to keep a demand for those items, but not delete them so quickly that supply can't keep up and the price goes insane. Perhaps a fail-safe system that will collect items from PvP deaths, keep X percent of them, delete the rest, and then deposit Y amount of them into the GE if the prices start to shoot up. Have the supply just be slightly less than the demand, if possible. -One that will not reward players in cash. Now, a good reward has to be implemented. Brawlers are good, those are a nice incentive, but those alone would not keep up a demand of PvPers. Perhaps untradeable armor and weapons? Vouchers for NPC's to perform tasks for you? It can't be super powerful, as that would be unfair to people who don't do PvP, and would cause more people to skill less and PvP more, inbalancing the market. As for what a player can do now: invest. Get rid of your coins, and replace them with rising items. Sell those items when you want to buy things, like pots or weapons/armor. DO NOT invest in something someone else told you to. Such advice will get around, causing artifical inflation, and making that item unstable, causing you potentially lose money. No, look for yourself in the GE database. Find something that is gradually rising. If it is skyrocketing, ignore it, it might be being manipulated, and if you invest you could see it crash right in your face. This does not mean all items: items with a massive supply and a massive demand are almost unaffected by merch clans. Astral Runes are a good example, they are rising, there are lots of them. Also, DON'T PANIC and BE CAREFUL. Don't put all of your money into one item. If it crashes, you're out a lot. But you could have other items that continue to rise for you, canceling out the crashing item. Sell the crashing item, and then buy it back once it's done crashing, as then it will rebound in price a bit.

Of course. There's no way to satisfy everyone, no matter hwat Jagex does. The best thing they can do is satisfy the loudest, and that's the low-level [wagon] who want everything handed to them ona silver platter with hardly any work on their part. Thank god they don't do that with every update, especially lately. Hopefully "ugrade" year will end in a bang.
