Yeah, I find it really ironic that people (don't want to point the finger at just Americans)often go overseas, and expect people there to speak English. But they also expect them to speak English when they are overseas. I guess the English speaking world is lucky that so many people try and learn English.

THat map doesn't help if you live in the southern hemisphere.

I will write something more substantial if I feel like spilling I guess. My parents are really good, I reasonably close to my mum, and get on well with my stepfather. My dad died when I was 13, but my parents divorced when I was about 6. I thought I knew my dad, but I guess I didn't really, as I was still a child when he died, I guess I never got to have a more adult relationship with him. /end spill. Maybe more of a confession? Moral I the story, I am loved etc by my parents I feel that have been a good influence etc.

Pretty much what they all say - save it. If you don't need something, or desperately want something, save it until you need it, or find something you really want. Then you may actually have enough to buy it, instead of thinking "Damn, I wish I had another $200..."
